    Would it be safe to say magnetic anisotropy is the measurement along the easy axis, and the axis of magnetization measurement is the declination perpendicular to a helmholtz coil orientation which gives you a typical preferred measurement of ~.001. I have a project which has a requirement of +/-2.5 degrees magnetic axis and +/-10 for axis of anisotropy. This is a great video and may have asked this 5 minutes in. My apologies if there is an explanation further into this video.

      didn't you listen the lecture? preferred orientation depends on the shape of the material
