Leave the poles in the sleeves when you roll up your swag. Pull the bottoms out of the pins and unhook the clips but leave the poles in the sleeve, then just collapse each pole end over the sleeve and roll up the swag 👍🏻 saves precious beer drinking seconds!
I'm in the US and I am surprised these haven't caught on. I'm currently looking at the Nebula because of the headroom. Glad I watched this because i can't find many honest reviews about Darche’s quality, especially considering it's like an extra $170 to ship over here.
Great review thanks for so much detail. I'm torn between the Dirty Dee and the Dusk till Dawn, I've been offered a 900 Dirty and a 1100 Dusk do you have a preference. I'm really considering the 900 but concerned side winds may defeat the vent coverings any experience with the Dirty?
Hey Justin or the a patriot person have you ever done a comparison with kings swags this is a genuine question as I’m still using my traditional jolly bed roll I have had it from 1985 and like the idea of the hoops and central pole I watch another 4wd channel they use kings. But I like your no bullshit opinions so I’m curious on your opinion thanks in advance love your content much respect ✊
They are at least Australian owned. It is hard to compete with anything made overseas. Especially in products like this. Drifta have just made a swag that is 100% Australian made. From the canvas to the blankets.

Great tip!
I love these videos where you break down the gear you use and why- nice to see that you accept nothing but the best!
My old man handed down his darche swag. Things damn near 15 year old, still lasted way longer than any other manufacturer on the market.
Now they come with composite poles makes them even better
