There is actually a way to transport blaze spawners through nether portals without changing configs, but you have to glue the spawner to a train instead of a minecart.
Hello, there is a resource pack with is provided by the create mod which makes the train signals green instead of white. You should be able to find it in your resource pack screen.
Using semaphores will make the train signals look so much better (I think you should get a resource pack by default to make the semaphores green as you mentioned) and you can set train stations to be waypoints, then setting that station in the schedule to go through. It won't stop at the waypoint station, just moreso tells the conductor "Hey, go by me instead", this way you can make the train of choice go on the track of choice.
Sbeev, you can just use a deployer with an empty blaze burner on the spawner to get a blaze, which can be crushed into the crafted components and up to 6 blaze powder!

You should do a colony here in a style that match the mountains vibes and like that it could be like there is trully peoples working there ! And you could use Narotrain extension for smaller trains and carts like you did in the mine to add variety into the builds ! You can use a deployer and the cages for Blaze directly on a spawner to catch them in without limite

Train name should be the ‘RED-NETHER' as it transports netherrack nether Quartz and redstone and netherracj and redstone are red and netherrack and nether Quartz have the word ‘nether’ in it
also, add "create new age" its a create integration with mmore mods that use rf/fe and it come with better power generation options (nuclear, magnets, and more) and it has something that turns rf/fe into stress units. its pretty cool

There is a create specific chunkloading mod that adds chunkloaders that only load chunks when a train is at a station, might be worth looking into
