Back before DOA became a porn game, and it had cool music outfits and amazing stages. Back before people were exploiting the character models. The game was represented differently back then, and no that does not mean it didn't have fan service it just wasn't 100% the pulling point.
Totally agree. It's like they completely misunderstood what made the vibe of the games so great. It was a cool fighting game with some cheeky fan service, now it's just soft porn with a hint of fighting game and technically it's not even that anymore. Itagaki probably deserved to get kicked out but boy did this franchise suffer because of it...
Hayabusa jumping down with that yell, the emotion of the characters, the ear banger of a song by bomb factory… this was the most hype intro for a fighting game ever. This and the intro to PS1 soul blade. They don’t make fighting games like they used to
Plz tell me, what's version are working? I mean, what's Region and Disk ID? I've tested DOA 2 Hardcore (NTSC-J, SLPS-25026) and DOA 2 (NTSC-U SLUS-20071), unfortunatelly, all this versions not working, just black screen. PS: very sorry for my terrible english.
