I watched an actual long play of this game.. and really, you guys aren't missing much. At all. Most of the only 'issue' you had was needing to jump around and look for openings more than just rushin in and beating down the big guys. Also it seems there's a weapon select somehow. Not that it matters, the ending is weak as heck. You really don't need to play any more. The bosses are just a cockatrice and a big dragon, with predictable patterns and not much chance to get hit once you learn them. What a waste of a game.
Castle of Dragon and Game of Throne are my favorite game, just like World of Warcraf, Age of Wonder, Age of Empire, and of cours we cannot forget Legend of Zeld.
I'm kind of debating whether I should send them my copy of Thrillville off the rails. It would be hilarious to see them play it, make a theme park, and make a roller coaster that launches everyone off and overprice admission fees, but I still like playing it.

Goddamn, this game is horribly designed. You can't fight a single one of the enemies or bosses without taking damage. It clearly isn't a matter of skill either, you just simply cannot avoid those attacks unless you happen to be extremely lucky every now and again whilst playing it. And you get a game over after dying ONCE? What the fuck is that shit? That wouldn't be as bad if the game wasn't totally unfair with the combat and if the game were actually based in skill rather than luck. It looks purdy but that's about all it's got going for it.
