You know if you really think about it this is actually a very good idea for an anime show of adventure, action, Comedy and magic. A unique idea of a hero but not of human but monster as a hero which is very cool.

In Pathfinder, mimics are intelligent and capable of speaking and understanding common. They are also implied to hunt adventurers for sport rather than food, so I made a Mimic who understood it's a lot easier to get more resources for hunting if you work *with* people instead of against them, and became a bounty hunter. Neutral Evil technically, but more than willing to work with a group of good adventurers for the sake of the hunt.

I've seen/read/heard many different kobold variations, but this is my first time seeing one that seems related to dragons... They're usually more furry than scaly...
I really liked these characters and series. It is a shame some psycho ruined it for everyone causing the artist so much distress they left this all behind.

In D&D 3.5, kobolds do not have a level adjustment and are just a race. 4e, that entire mechanic was dumped and the races were much better balanced.
As above, they had not LA. However, monsters can be progressed by their HD type. It’d be pointless but you could take humanoid or dragon levels on a kobold.
