Hang in there my girl. You are strong, you have a voice and you got this! You are totally not alone. I am very much in the same headspace as you. The important part is that you recognize that there are going to be low days, but there are going to be many more days that are great. It really helps me personally to start the day with "today's going to be awesome" that I say to myself and seek out the awesome parts of the day. Your mind will naturally seek out and grab on to the negatives... we need to rewire that and it takes a LONG time. But if you're consciously looking for the good (and even just simple things like someone lets you cut in front of them at the grocery store checkout because you have less items than them, or your kitty does something adorable that just makes you burst out in a smile) use that as fuel to feel better. We do NOT need other people to be happy. It's a learned skill to accept that and as such it can be frustrating and isolating. I've been single for going on 3 years now. I have personal issues with relationships and I realized that I'm better off alone rn in my current state of mind. I'm learning to love myself by myself. As long as you have good friends (or pets, or both) you will never be truly alone. Lonely is just the default part of the brain saying "you should pair up with someone... you NEED it to survive" but as we are in the modern age, that's not true anymore. Just an ancient survival technique messing with us. We just need to remember that we are strong, beautiful and can take on any tough task. Keep drilling that in and as the days go on, we'll begin to rewire our brains. It'll only get easier. You have youtube as a way to express yourself. You're building a community of like-minded women (and probably some men too, lets be honest). Anyway I've rambled enough. I just know where you're coming from and wanted to extend my hand to say you are not alone and that you totally got this, girl! RAWR! (:

Emotional dependence is not good. I think somewhere u do not totally depend on yourself for happiness, either relating happiness to ur bf or outside conditions may b.
