Two years after the events of the previous game, treasure hunters Nathan Drake and Victor "Sully" Sullivan meet with Talbot in London, who is interested in purchasing Nate's ring, inherited from Sir Francis Drake. The duo accuses Talbot of using counterfeit banknotes, and a fight ensues. They are subdued by Talbot's cohort, Charlie Cutter , and Talbot's employer, Katherine Marlowe, steals Drake's ring. Cutter shoots Nate and Sully.
20 years earlier, the teenage Nate searches a museum in Cartagena, Colombia, for the ring. He sees Sully working with Marlowe to retrieve it. Nate is caught by Marlowe and her henchmen, but Sully rescues him and takes him on as his protégé....

Although Drake of course continues exploring in the future, Drake literally had every right to quit all this treasure hunting after this game, if I were to survive Titanic the sequel and a cargo plane crash mid-air while walking across a giant desert and drinking fear water, I’d count my blessings and head home.

I'm rewatching all these game movies of the series before probably being disappointed with the big screen movie. God damn these series is great. Love being able to rewatch each game as a movie. So epic
Same! I watched part 4 last night abs just finished this one! So many fond memories! Really miss this game! Part 2 is where strayed for me and I just fell in love with the storytelling and the characters! I feel like if I met the voice actors I’d be calling them by their character names!

Finally, I finished watching the entire Uncharted series (starting with 4 and LL through 1-3). I rarely play video games and never get console of my own, but I really enjoy watching someone play a game. Uncharted was one of the first video game series that I could really enjoy because it had a story. It has a strong plot and movie-like features that I think make it very different from the video games I was familiar with at the time. Overall, it's a great series and I hope the upcoming movies won't disappoint me
P.S. I've lowered my expectations :)

To be fair Eleana had a point. El Dorado turned out to be a coffin carrying a deadly mutant virus and Shangri-La was hiding tree sap that turned people into freakin demons. Nathan really has the knack for finding things that should’ve stayed lost.

I love this series and I know it's supposed to be something like a treasure hunt movie, but the girls protesting to stop the Adventure should know Evil originations that have butt loads of money and have no use for any more should probably connect the dots and conclude that they're doing it for the power, not the wealth. I mean come on XD.

Always awkward when player sets down the game pad and after a Cutscene it takes player 5-10 seconds to pick it up and start playing again. Why not cut that out?

Cool game and story (even if it was a bit outlandish) but the real overlook (notwithstanding surviving a plane crash) was leaving water that was certainly part of the cargo in the plane. If not the number one piece of cargo. So to go thirsty was kinda dumb on Nate's part. Otherwise, pretty well done.

I don't get it, you let some boring and non-story related parts play out like some random fights against fodder characters, some hiding sequence and whatnot but then you skip important stuff like how the fuck did the building Sully and Nate were on at 55min or so caught on fire. Good video but kinda random choice of editing I'd like to understand
