U can't match up my feeling when I saw shelly moving from the bottom of the F tier to the absolute top of the S tier 😂 Even tho I don't play the game nearly as much I still felt soo soo happy about shelly being the best brawl in the game for her second absolute time (first time was when she got her insane healing star power)

I wish Hank could still hide in bushes while charging his attack. Can't they mitigate it so that you only show up after the bubble is at a certain percentage, like 75%. And while they are at it, change the Star Power "Its Gonna Blow" to meet the same requirement. It would make sense that Hank speeds up as he becomes visible to enemies, and idk maybe increase the speed gained by 5% (15% total), unless that is too much.
this would still make him pretty powerful, as he can instantly kill anyone who gets too close if he has enough power cubes in showdown or something a more welcoming change imo would be to make him be able to heal again while charging his attack, but not as much. maybe around 50% less
I completely agree! I main him, and he's such a good healer yet no one plays him this way, and for good reason; Supercell is refusing to buff his healing stat even though that would make him more of a popular healer.

Lou had the perfect storm brewing for him. He first had his hypothermia star power be buffed years ago. The super charge gear definitely helped him rise in the meta. But to pair that with a hyper charge that wipes out an entire team in seconds? My goodness he’s a menace And I’m so happy for him XD
As a squeak main he’s definitely super strong, I think he’d be in a high A or low S after his nerf though, but he’s still an incredibly strong brawler. As a side note, people will rue the day they mess with Squeak when he gets his hypercharge.

I have been playing Doug a lot (Gold 2 Mastery) with Randoms, and I will say he just needs probably like only 1 change to actually be balanced. I think they should make his Super get charged off healing - this will allow him to actually protect his teammates instead of always hoping that someone is going to be in range so you could charge your super. The way you want to play him is always securing teammates from death by healing and staying nearby if an aggressive brawler decides to push in. The problem is tho, if you play passively with him and with the team, he doesn’t really charge any super at all if there is no dive brawler like Fang, Buster etc. So this change should make him a lot better. Tho super charge from healing should be like 3 or even 4 times less because healing with him is so much easier than dealing damage. His healing capabilities are INSANE, like people are really sleeping on his healing, especially from gadget. You don’t even need tanks in your team, in contrary, it is better to have high damage dealers that are able to compensate for the lack of damage he has. Reviving ability is very strong but he can’t use it, I mostly get it like once or not at all per game, which is terrible. If that is not enough to make him good (which idk how it can’t be) I think they could bring some more utility to him. Maybe teammates that are healing by his attack also receive temporary damage boost so he could in some way support his team. But I believe that would make him like too good.
@@ahmed4363masteries are these signs on the bottom left corner of your brawler. To higher the rank in your brawler you need to play with that brawler. It goes from unranked, bronze 1-3, diamond 1-3, and gold 1-3. And for every rank u get, u get a reward depending on the rarity of the brawler. To rank up in masteries u need to get a specific amount of points, and you’ll only get these points from WINNING games. The points increase per game depending on the trophy rank you r in. Well this will be a lengthy comment… Penny balance change/rework suggestions (Stats are based on level 11). Penny’s health - From 6,400 to 7,200 Why the health buff you may ask? Penny’s range is short, and she gets outranged by most of the meta brawlers and gets taken down by them before she can get a hit on them. She also doesn’t have anyway of approaching brawlers besides using her barrel to protect her for a bit which is stationary so it doesn’t do much. She also doesn’t have any good mobility like other short ranged brawlers like Cordelius or Ash who benefit from their fast speed. Nita doesn’t have fast movement speed but she makes up for it from her super which moves around so you can be protected by it, good health, and her reload speed and attack size catches her opponents off guard. Penny’s damage is going to stay the same since enemies sometimes might get too close to each other from time to time and the projectile she fires has decent speed. Sure she has a long reload time but it balances out her damage potential. Her attack doesn’t need any changes in my opinion. Penny’s Salty Barrel gadget health - 2,240 to 3,100; And for the salty players (lel) who complain from getting killed by it: Penny’s scattershot damage when hitting the barrel decreases by 20 percent. Penny’s scattershot damage when it hits the barrel - 1410 to 1130 That would mean that if a brawler gets hit by all the coins (3), it would do 3,390, from 4,230. And with her Heavy Coffers star power, all the coins (5) would do 5,650 damage, from 7,050. I buffed the barrel health since it only spawns 1 and Ruffs sandbags spawns 3, and they both had the same health (before the universal stat buffs), which doesn’t make any sense but just to make it more of a defensive tool. In a regular 3 vs 3 battle it gets destroyed pretty easily anyway. Oh wait I almost forgot, the damage she does to her own barrel goes from 100 damage to 250 damage. Anyway that’s enough for base Penny, we need to look at the reason why players bother using her in the first place: her super. The whole point of her rework was to make her less dependent on her super but we have gone full circle and it’s the reason why she isn’t completely terrible. (Be honest you know it’s true, even as someone who got Penny’s mastery, I know how much her cannon carries her basically most of the game.) So I’m deciding to nerf her super so she’s becomes less reliant on it. Don’t get me wrong it’s a part of her kit and I’m not saying anyone shouldn’t use it, but I just thought it would make her play style more different. Penny’s turret health - From 5600 to 5100 This will probably change a couple of interactions with a couple of brawlers like taking 1 less ammo to destroy, it also be used as a sort of shield from damage but she already has her gadget to do that. This will make players try to use it more defensively and place it somewhere where enemies can’t get to it easily a lot more (But this doesn’t really change much with interactions from throwers who can get to it with no effort). Penny’s super cannonball damage - Going from 2400 to 2000 (With pet gadget that increases damage by 25 percent, it does 2500 damage, from 3000). Fire damage from cannonball - 524 to 480 (25 percent increases power to 600, instead of 660). I thought this change would make it less punishing for enemies who stand in the super range but I don’t want to make it completely useless and to tone down her area denial a bit. Super charge rate from her cannon - Increase hits from her cannon from 3 to 4 to charge up her super. And last but not least… Master Blaster damage - Increased it from 1316 to 1500 and make it grow in power with power cubes like her gadget as well. Let me know if there’s any suggestions or criticisms you have with my ideas. Thank you.

Nita is still viable in so many ways. Honestly I agree how Kairos said that her 'Bear With Me' is very viable, yet I agree on that one. I got so many kills while using her and I have low death counts this proves that Nita is very powerful in some areas.
Meg has always been an overall decent pick for every mode but even tho this is a competetive tier list, Id like to mention her being really good in duels and I think its due to her Mecha only having a regular instead of a big hitbox, which is really irritating for Brawlers like Piper, dunno if thats actually the case, but everytime I play a marksman against Meg, she feels pretty wierd to hit when playing Meg feels kinda "slippy" even tho she just has a normal/fast movement speed
Idk about you guys, but on certain maps Doug just feels invincible, especially if he keeps cycling that super, so I feel like he at least deserves D-Tier
I know this is like not a big change, but i think doug deserves tank trait, i think it would suit him so well to be honest, because he has this starpower to heal up, which can be a pretty good combo? Also definelty Hank should heal up while charging the bubble.
Hank just needs something like noise cancelling headphones (franks gadget) For doug I imagine him charging super by healing, puts more weight on the support role and makes him charge super
For everyone saying Chuck is an A/S tier brawler, he's only good on heist and he takes time to set up his posts. Simply outdamage him on the safe and use strong counter brawlers: Bull, Primo, Colette etc he can get countered hard and he is simply rubbish in modes outside of heist
The thing abt Edgar and Jacky - if you’re good with them, then they’re freaking amazing and carry the whole game (ofc depends on the game mode, map, etc but that’s just what I’ve seen) I also COMPLETELY agree with Colette’s placing - I’ve played against a Hypercharges Colette several times and they absolutely wrecked us lol
I agree. I play Edgar as a main, and he is amazing, since he can handle most of the brawlers with the right gadget and star power. With a good hypercharge, he would be unstoppable !
See edgar is a beast in some maps untill 500 trophy range , after that he really became useless. Even I have him in 25 currently ( without spinning, I actually pussed him in cavern churn I will still say that he is absolutely waste in higher trophy range like above 500 or above 750. He have a good damage state with great healing with each puch , and his super is also pretty decent, what he needs is a buff to his health.
Lou is totally broken with Hypercharge. I know it was a bot fight what I tested... But i turned a 20%-80% Hot zone game. From 100%-85% thanks to how broken he is now.
Crazy how Kairos mentioned Edgar getting a really good hypercharge in the first 5 seconds and a coupe weeks later, Edgar gets a really good hypercharge along with my fav brawler fang and they both become op!

@@noir8596 if you are more of a solo player ,pick the one which freezes the opponents more when they are in the super and combine it with the gadget that fills half the freezing meter of opponents standing on super,easy kill. If you play more 3v3 then you can think about getting the other one which makes your opponents deal less damage based on how frozen they are- good for knockouts and stuff yk
Barley's herbal tonic gadget is very strong right now, at least from what i can tell. pair him with the gadget gear and you could potentially dominate a hot zone game without any of your teammates dying. 720 healing per second for your whole team across a large area is insane
It's really sad that previous extremely competitive brawlers like Carl, Max, and Crow are falling out of meta. I main Carl and enjoy playing Max and Crow as well, but with the release of hypercharges and huge nerfs, I guess the times are changing. I really hope that SC will release more hypercharges in the future that actually balance out the game.

I think that they should buff Hank so that his normal attack exposes him in bushes once his bubble is 70% full/big Edit: should also alert him once he does reach that mark so that he knows when he’s visible
I play Edgar as a main, and I can assure you that if you know how to play him, with the protection gadget and the star power that makes him deal damage with his super, he can handle most brawlers, even shelly with her super
Any brawler in the game can be decent if you play them right but this list is made for comp and by comp players and if you play a f tier brawler in a high level game you would have a hard time
I hope that some of the brawlers that are worse off in the meta get hypercharges charges next update. I just really hope Nani doesn’t get a hypercharge because then Nani will be even more annoying.

Thank you so much Kairos!!!! I always look at this when I want to upgrade someone or do something like Power League😅; it's super helpful. A lot of these balance changes are crazy compared to the last few seasons (I don't know why never thought that Pam and Rosa would become S tier, or that Jacky would be A tier) but keep making the amazing videos👍
SpenLC was right on with claiming Colette as OP. She is usable in power league, its just that I get paired with bad randoms. Just unlocked Charlie, it's gonna be a blast, not as much as Chuck though. I was having some fun with him a bit after watching Kairos' playthrough with him. Learned some great strategies.
I absolutely love the effort put into these as the list gets longer - I'd even be willing to watch a slightly longer version of these if you wanted to elaborate more on reasons and where brawlers are good (though I know that's a looot more editing effort, just voicing my support). Also, thanks for the (v36) at the start, it makes searching for the most recent video a lot easier!! As always, I love the energy and everything you do for brawl, you make the game so much more accessible as a player who doesn't have a lot of time to push, even though I'm up there in trophies (52kish).
btw I don't understand why Janet and Penny are D they are still very good like they can get away from tanks (Janet super and Penny gadget) and they are versatile, also hum what are their counters ? Since they are so bad they must get countered easily and they aren't
Personally, I would rank leon higher bc his mythic gear increased from 1 to 2 seconds, and his healing star power increased from 1000 to 1250 per second, with I think is a nuts change
Of you play him well, edgar can be a pretty good option, you just have to be carrful on who you jump on. Edgar is just something else in solo showdown, though: I can tell because I pushed him rank 25 there and won literally every singleatch I played (still, even if youre in showdown NEVER jump on a shelly, it's his best counter)
Honestly, Fang should be B tier as a fang main. it's harder to get close to other's. When I use my super, people just auto aim and I just die, auto aim is broken.
So, right before the season I started playing Lou, knowing he was not the best. I got his hyper charge and started noticing how broken he was. I am so glad my favorite brawler is the best.
I honestly believe that Shelly should get her movement speed buffed up to Very Fast, while cutting down some other stats. That's what made her fun all around and nerfing her in other ways will bring her down in other ways.

Kairos, you need to re-check some of your stats. I don’t know when you recorded this video, but Supercell made some last minute stat changes to gadgets and star powers before the update went live. Amber’s Dancing Flame Gadget does 2000 damage now, not whatever it was during your 90+ balance changes video.
I don’t like how the meta is shifted because of hyper charges being adding, I understand that they can’t add all of them at once, but it still makes everything skewed in one direction

I've got a hypercharge idea is max. Max hypercharge is called POWER SPEED. And her ability about her hypercharge is when her hypercharge is active it well make the super bigger and it slows enemy when they are in the circle

This will probably change a couple of interactions with a couple of brawlers like taking 1 less ammo to destroy, it also be used as a sort of shield from damage but she already has her gadget to do that. This will make players try to use it more defensively and place it somewhere where enemies can’t get to it easily a lot more (But this doesn’t really change much with interactions from throwers who can get to it with no effort).
Penny’s super cannonball damage -
Going from 2400 to 2000 (With pet gadget that increases damage by 25 percent, it does 2500 damage, from 3000).
Fire damage from cannonball - 524 to 480
(25 percent increases power to 600, instead of 660). I thought this change would make it less punishing for enemies who stand in the super range but I don’t want to make it completely useless and to tone down her area denial a bit.
Super charge rate from her cannon -
Increase hits from her cannon from 3 to 4 to charge up her super.
And last but not least…
Master Blaster damage - Increased it from 1316 to 1500 and make it grow in power with power cubes like her gadget as well.

Nita is still viable in so many ways. Honestly I agree how Kairos said that her 'Bear With Me' is very viable, yet I agree on that one.
I got so many kills while using her and I have low death counts this proves that Nita is very powerful in some areas.
Meg has always been an overall decent pick for every mode but even tho this is a competetive tier list, Id like to mention her being really good in duels and I think its due to her Mecha only having a regular instead of a big hitbox, which is really irritating for Brawlers like Piper, dunno if thats actually the case, but everytime I play a marksman against Meg, she feels pretty wierd to hit when playing Meg feels kinda "slippy" even tho she just has a normal/fast movement speed
Her voice is still F tier though… biggest tip for playing Meg: turn your sound off!

For everyone saying Chuck is an A/S tier brawler, he's only good on heist and he takes time to set up his posts. Simply outdamage him on the safe and use strong counter brawlers: Bull, Primo, Colette etc he can get countered hard and he is simply rubbish in modes outside of heist

I agree. I play Edgar as a main, and he is amazing, since he can handle most of the brawlers with the right gadget and star power. With a good hypercharge, he would be unstoppable !
See edgar is a beast in some maps untill 500 trophy range , after that he really became useless. Even I have him in 25 currently ( without spinning, I actually pussed him in cavern churn I will still say that he is absolutely waste in higher trophy range like above 500 or above 750. He have a good damage state with great healing with each puch , and his super is also pretty decent, what he needs is a buff to his health.
Lou is totally broken with Hypercharge.
I know it was a bot fight what I tested...
But i turned a 20%-80% Hot zone game.
From 100%-85% thanks to how broken he is now.

@@noir8596 if you are more of a solo player ,pick the one which freezes the opponents more when they are in the super and combine it with the gadget that fills half the freezing meter of opponents standing on super,easy kill.
If you play more 3v3 then you can think about getting the other one which makes your opponents deal less damage based on how frozen they are- good for knockouts and stuff yk

Barley's herbal tonic gadget is very strong right now, at least from what i can tell.
pair him with the gadget gear and you could potentially dominate a hot zone game without any of your teammates dying. 720 healing per second for your whole team across a large area is insane

It's really sad that previous extremely competitive brawlers like Carl, Max, and Crow are falling out of meta. I main Carl and enjoy playing Max and Crow as well, but with the release of hypercharges and huge nerfs, I guess the times are changing. I really hope that SC will release more hypercharges in the future that actually balance out the game.
Max was meta for over a year and crow was meta for 2+ years if they keep being in the meta the game slowly becomes stale

So, we can all agree now that the only reason for Gale to be in F tier was just because he countered other bad brawlers...
Honestly, Doug is my favorite brawler and I have the most trophies with him, they need to buff him for me to finally complete the mastery
I think that they should buff Hank so that his normal attack exposes him in bushes once his bubble is 70% full/big

I play Edgar as a main, and I can assure you that if you know how to play him, with the protection gadget and the star power that makes him deal damage with his super, he can handle most brawlers, even shelly with her super
Any brawler in the game can be decent if you play them right but this list is made for comp and by comp players and if you play a f tier brawler in a high level game you would have a hard time
I hope that some of the brawlers that are worse off in the meta get hypercharges charges next update. I just really hope Nani doesn’t get a hypercharge because then Nani will be even more annoying.

Thank you so much Kairos!!!! I always look at this when I want to upgrade someone or do something like Power League😅; it's super helpful. A lot of these balance changes are crazy compared to the last few seasons (I don't know why never thought that Pam and Rosa would become S tier, or that Jacky would be A tier) but keep making the amazing videos👍
SpenLC was right on with claiming Colette as OP. She is usable in power league, its just that I get paired with bad randoms. Just unlocked Charlie, it's gonna be a blast, not as much as Chuck though. I was having some fun with him a bit after watching Kairos' playthrough with him. Learned some great strategies.
I absolutely love the effort put into these as the list gets longer - I'd even be willing to watch a slightly longer version of these if you wanted to elaborate more on reasons and where brawlers are good (though I know that's a looot more editing effort, just voicing my support).

Personally, I would rank leon higher bc his mythic gear increased from 1 to 2 seconds, and his healing star power increased from 1000 to 1250 per second, with I think is a nuts change

Of you play him well, edgar can be a pretty good option, you just have to be carrful on who you jump on. Edgar is just something else in solo showdown, though: I can tell because I pushed him rank 25 there and won literally every singleatch I played (still, even if youre in showdown NEVER jump on a shelly, it's his best counter)
Agreed, Edgar isn't the best in 3v3 but in solo showdown he is actually pretty good and in duels imo he is actually viable
getting any rank in solo isn't aachievement. The whole mode revolves around RNG (how many boxes you get, who do you stumble upon) and teaming

Honestly, Fang should be B tier as a fang main. it's harder to get close to other's. When I use my super, people just auto aim and I just die, auto aim is broken.
So, right before the season I started playing Lou, knowing he was not the best. I got his hyper charge and started noticing how broken he was. I am so glad my favorite brawler is the best.
I honestly believe that Shelly should get her movement speed buffed up to Very Fast, while cutting down some other stats. That's what made her fun all around and nerfing her in other ways will bring her down in other ways.

Doug is a good brawler but they need to change how he shoot/unleash his waterlike beam. They can make Doug shoot like Piper or Bea ( 1 shoot-reload).
Kairos, you need to re-check some of your stats. I don’t know when you recorded this video, but Supercell made some last minute stat changes to gadgets and star powers before the update went live. Amber’s Dancing Flame Gadget does 2000 damage now, not whatever it was during your 90+ balance changes video.
Yup, Collette is a monster in heist, she can deal 20000 damage in one hypercharge super and if you hit one enemy with your super you get it back
After watching this, I played a lot of Lou and he recently became my favorite brawler, which is awesome seeing how good he is now
I don’t like how the meta is shifted because of hyper charges being adding, I understand that they can’t add all of them at once, but it still makes everything skewed in one direction
I honestly think pearl is still very good especially with her gadget and if you wait for the bar to charge up he can deal up to 5k damage per ammo
