I don't even think I got the flu What I did get is poisoning from the pee and the poo smells and I have to take medication To be able to go outside in the giant outdoor toilet. Over three year To get a diagnosis that's how unsmart the doctors are even though I told them i'm living in a giant outdoor toilet Which is incredibly unsanitary.
VANCOUVER , BC MY CITY - last summer they took away peoples tents for sleeping on the streets - then the Heavy Rains came and people had to find shelter living in the bus stops - close to 5000 people are sleeping outside in the lower mainland which extends out to the Fraser Valley - single parents sleeping in cars with their children - veterans & retired public service workers and so many others as a 1 bedroom apartment is $2000 a month if you can find an empty suite ? Meanwhile , bring another 1+ Million a year in mostly from the 3rd World - food , shelter and Welfare for life as most have little Education and do not speak English or French = CANADA IS BROKEN !
instead of using social services as fuel to use drugs, and actually used them to better themselves and get a job. We wouldn't have so many homeless... i've worked in that area and know the resources available. so many of the low income housing is used as drug dens and hooker shacks. i've never met such self entitled people as the crack heads in east van.....think the world owes them everything. fucking ridiculous

Anyway, there's a positive atmosphere there... People are calm and kind, winter is not very cold and there are many volunteers that distribute food. The opposite of my town (Padova), where there's too much money and where negativity and unkindness rule.

You will also notice disabled, elderly, and some immigrants there. This is a poor area of many broken people.I used to live a mile away, they would come and steal everything they could get their hands on. Moved to Alberta many years ago.

,Some of the people here experienced hardship in the system. Some got in to drugs when they were not in this situation. Some got addicted to prescribed medications. Some grew up with abuse. Some had mental health and self esteem issues I think. Mental health and personal mental wellbeing I think play the largest common theme to end up here. Not having a very healthy family or family social net can be a huge part of poor mental health and ending up here.
They all started as recreational users and then it gets away from them, and the habit chips away at their lives until they are destroyed, most of these people are already dead, they just won't lay down
