Great to see you back! Completely agree with you on BTV. It’s a love/hate from me too. I currently own 4 full bottles and have tested a lot. I have discovered 8 that are FBW, but with the proviso that similar fragrances can be picked up much cheaper on some of them. My top picks are Green Sapphire, Valiant, Ardent, Lavish, Blue Sapphire, Carbon Sapphire, Dasman, and Hanuman. Electimuss London (Vixere and Auster) are almost identical to Valiant and Blue Sapphire and are a fraction of the price with much better packaging. Not sure I could stomach paying £800 for Hanuman when it is 99% Byredo Bal D’Afrique.
Love Dasman 🖤 I hope the big brother of this Carbon Sapphire get some love too. it doesnt have that much reviews unlike the other sapphires like Blue Sapphire. For me the 3 heavy hitters are Nemer, Dasman, and Carbon Sapphire. Nebulous is a little bit too much already because of the pricepoint hahahah but I think you could do it with the kind of collection you have hahah.

When I unpacked it, I was totally shocked by the cheap processing of the bottle. thin simple glass, plastic cap and plastic shield. too bad Ps. The best Rose-Oud i have ever smell is Areej Ottoman empire 1. Sadly discontinied. But a 10 out of 10 for sure

Out of all my BTV fragrances this one is just a like ( not a love ) I like it more in summer tho, it opens and bloom. In winter stay close, dark and unsweet .

Agree with you on Dasman, its amazing and super unique take on rose oud with a hint of booziness.I call it Grim Reaper. About Boadicea as a brand its really a shame that their bottles, presentation and atomizers are crap compared to Xerjoff and Roja for the price they charge. Another dissapointment is that most of their offerings are either redundant or just simply bad and boring beucase of the ammount they produce each year. Last two months I tested like 50 and out of those I find maybe 5 that are bottle worthy - Azrak, Nemer, Dasman, Valiant and Aqua Sapphire including my Amethyst and Green/Blue sapphires bottles. My girlfriend also smelled all of them and she liked like 2-3 out of all, in her opinion Roja or Xerjoff or Spirit of Dubai is much better quality and luxury to her nose :)
interesting just received 20 testers myself and I've also settled on Azrak, Nemer, Dasmon so far. nothing making me too excited though. Doesn't have a powerful enough oud for the price. extremely disappointed with nebulous, midnight and many of the cheaper ones smell very fake.
Boadicea is the biggest scam brand that there is. Quality is to poor for that price. Also the owner has a lot of brands. Hypes it sells it starts new shit brand.

Yes, Ottoman Empire is excellent! But I think EO3 by Ensar Oud is better, possibly the best Rose Oud Combo ever made IMHO!!
