- When I first started my business I got discouraged very quickly and quit the mobile food vendor business. I found a mentor that had been in the business a lot longer than me at the time. He encouraged me not to give up and I'm still here 20 years later. I would strongly recommend finding a mentor to help you in your food concessions journey.

Those mistakes help build character and determination. I made plenty. I probably lost at least $500 trying to save $7.50 on ice. From that day on I bring more than enough ice.
