Demolition of a house on Kennedy Drive in Bethesda, MD.
The roofing slates were salvaged before demolition began.
Produced by John Z Wetmore, producer of "Perils For Pedestrians".
Oh gosh! And I just cleaned the windows and mopped the floor
Gotta love demolition so fun to watch
I didn't know "I beams"' were so flexible! No sooner the house sold its torn down. Agent didn't even get for sale sign out of ground! LOL!
Such a fun video!!!! I loved watching that Deere excavator effortlessly tear through that whole house!!!! It’s also fun to watch the excavator drop the huge loads of garbage into those roll off trucks!!!
I’m watching this in class
awesome :)
I'm very disappointed!, i was looking forward to seeing the chimneys demolished and you completely missed it!
They took three days to take it down. I had to spend one of those days in Baltimore to film the Schenuit Rubber Factory demolition, which meant missing the chimneys.
This looked like a nice house...Why was it torn down?
It will be replaced by a much bigger house. Many of the older houses in this neighborhood have been replaced with McMansions.
@@JohnZWetmore Thanks for the reply. I enjoy your demo videos.
No chimney shot?
Unfortunately I had to be in Baltimore to film the Schenuit Rubber Factory Demolition, so I couldn't be on Kennedy Drive all three days they took to take down the house.
Man, so slow and tedius. Tiny pieces of tin are collected.
Nothing against your vid, its good, but what a waste! So much to be recycled and reused. Only to be destroyed. Too much money and no brains.
Such a waste.
