You Rumbie, you always make my day. Your words that you remind the government officials to take responsibility, reminds me of this video I saw of a Zimbabwean crossing Limpopo River aka bereka mwana. Who under normal circumstances would enter the river infested with crocodiles carrying a baby on their back. Zimbabweans are forced by the situation at home to do these things.

We can't build like here in Philippines without reinforcing our structures with rebars. Reinforcing concrete structures is a must according to our law. And thus we must also water proof the septic walls of digestive chamber to avoid contaminating the ground water.
