The original Doc Brown - Christopher Lloyd, creator of 'Back To The Future' - Bob Gale, the musical's Doc Brown - Roger Bart, Marty McFly - Olly Dobson and producer Colin Ingram took part in amazing Panel Q&A at the launch of 'Back To The Future the Musical' in Manchester in October 2019.
Greetings from fans of "Back to the Future" from Poland! ❤️
Having seen the very first performance I can tell you it's fantastic, I laughed I cried and I wanted to back in time to watch it again. The special effects are out of this world. The acting is superb and performed by genuine of fans of the film franchise. I would highly recommend anyone to go and see this and I hope I get to see it again when it moves to London.
I’ve just seen it in London - completely endorse this. Special effects are mind blowing!!

I'm so happy to see the sign of my local JCPenney make it onstage in a scene to this production. I was raised ten minutes from that shopping mall outside Los Angeles. Awesome.
Uh as Marty McFly always says ‘This is heavy’
I hope this musical will be put on Netflix
Me too I love back to the future.
PLEASE! YES!
Somebody make a petition, quick!
Can’t wait. Booked my tickets on preview day for feb. Great to see Christoper Lloyd in the UK. Such a hero of my childhood 👍👌😎Love Bob Gale too, writing genius.
KHTV his performance in Who Framed Roger Rabbit still horrifies me
Sunday 12th February 2023. I love Back to the Future! It's the best Family/Time Travelling Film ever! Thank you guys! Best of luck! Love from Virginia Clark.?! 😀💙🌎🌏🌍
Got to briefly talk with Christopher Lloyd at a con. The guy at the booth said: 'make it quick', so I was like: 'Hi. Love you in Back To the Future and Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Bye.'
You're so lucky! :)
@@juliamazonidasilvapereira4327 Thanks.
I watched the orginal film on Christmas day 1989 as I didn't get to see it at the cinema and it was the first time they were showing it on TV. I loved it from beginning to end. I got to see part 2 at the cinema but had to wait for the video of part 3 to become available. For years it felt like I was the only mega fan who would watch it all day, every day if I could. Other people seemed to enjoy the films but then move on to the next big cinematic release. I obviously have enjoyed many films over the years but nothing quite captured my imagination like Back to the Future so it is great now to find I was not alone as people my age who grew up with it are now referencing it like crazy all over the place in films and TV and this musical announcement is just the icing on the cake.
Me too, exactly the same. Me and my sister wore out the tape, we watched it so much. I was lucky I saw part 2 in Leicester Square when I was about 10. We knew every line, so seeing the musical was such a treat.
I so need to see this! BTTF is my favourite trilogy!
Christopher Lloyd is a legend in the movie
Can’t wait to see the musical next year 🙌🙌🙌 it’s going to be fantastic
Saw the show in London last night Cast Crew Effects Phenomenonal well done to all.
I really love the way that Bob Gale talks about not doing another BTTF movie, i completely agree with him. Hollywood, Universal or Disney would destroy the BTTF franchise with another movie. It's the perfect trilogy and don't touch it. thank you!
I love the back to the future movie trilogy , im 13 and me and my family love the movies ❤
Went to see the show last night. Great show, seriously good effects. If you can get to Manchester before it goes to London, DO IT!
Ultimate Double Theater productions "Back to the Future: The Musical" Meets "Bat Out Of Hell: The Musical". That would be the best. :)
My best friend is a very talented actor he’s had so many leads when he was in high school with me and he’s got a lot of leads in community theatre production and I’ve done 6 shows with him. If this show ever comes to broadway he should definitely audition for Marty Mcfly I can definitely see him as Marty
👍👍
Brilliant
I rather not see a disappointing it’s good that this man doesn’t want to ruin the trilogy
my favorite movie, ty!
Clare Parsons yes
I didn’t know Alan Silvestri did the music for the musical himself.
I am looking forward to seeing this but I hope people listen to what Bob Gale is saying when he says this won't (and can't be) a slavish adaptation of the film. Due to the limitations of what you can do on stage within a live theatre setting. I saw and enjoyed the recent stage version of Big but some people were a bit harsh on it and to me the main theme seemed to be they were expecting more of the film on stage. As Bob says if you want to see the movie, go watch the movie. This is a different interpretation of a much loved classic and as with Big I will go and enjoy it for what it is. If I am disappointed I can always come home and watch a great trilogy of films guaranteed to cheer me up.
The musical being better than the movie! I don't know about that! It just depends on which movie and musical, it is! I love Michal J. Fox's character, Marty McFly! A little bit of a trouble maker, smartass and he's going to do, what he wants! He's one of the coolest onscreen teenagers ever! They don't need to make a Back to the Future Part 4 or a reboot! Leave it alone!
It's definitely not better than the movie but it is really good, and definitely worth seeing if you get the chance.
Thank God there isn't going to be a Back To The Future 4
I would much rather there be a fourth movie than this musical crap.
Even if we won't be getting a Season 2 of the game. We still got the comics and the animated series as part of the BTTF expanded universe.
Then there was the IDW comic series which further expanded/ explained the universe.
@@lunadabaybrandon cant say that when not out yet
couldn't agree more...thank goodness...look what they did to Home Alone and Ghostbusters...yuck
Now we will watch the fanfictions role in...
Thank God the creators have enough sense to put a stop to sequels. Otherwise you end up with Ghostbusters 2016
please come to japan........
and is it still playing in New York next year in 20024
the trilogy is perfect, please dont do a 4th movie
they better not...or I'll be so pissed
@@user-om4ey5lb3c same
Robert Zemeckis, the director and co-creator of the trilogy, said he would never allow it.
Telltale games made BTTF4, play it if you haven't.
YES! Great game.
It's unfortunate that we will never be getting a Season 2 of the BTTF game. At least we will be getting a Season 2 of A Wolf Among Us.
@DubiousJoshua True.
They still need to cast a Biff, Jennifer, Strickland, and a bunch of minor characters. (Unless they did that which I do not know of)
I think they would of already cast them, but they are probably keeping it under wraps. Because they would not just cast these roles, like "last minute" when there is only a little over 3/4 months till the previews/official opening night (time that they would be using to rehearse, rather then casting)

Don't even dare to screw up our childhood
