I think this video, along with all the other amazing things it does, shows how important the baseline structures and layouts of stuff matter almost more than the specific block choices. Even with all the modded blocks, you can tell these are designs that would still work well in vanilla, because the initial design is so strong. The modded enhancements are used incredibly well, but they aren't load-bearing. Another wonderful display.
