Desantis doesn’t have an original thought whatsoever .He’s weak.
De Santis finally articulates Trump's basic flaws on stuff like Mexico paying for the wall, etc. But it's way too muted, way too late.
He should have challenged Trump on this when he was coming up with nicknames. Now he's just going to be muttering 'I'm the one that'll get it done' to an audience of one.

The simple fact is he's 30-40-50 points behind Trump in the polls. If he really wants to win he's got to go after him harder than he has! Only problem for him and the rest of the field is that Trump's biggest vulnerability, his legal issues, are somehow off limits for discussion, because I suppose if a candidate did that, like Christie, you alienate a big chunk of the MAGA wing. It's a real catch 22?
If they had all gone with their conscience and called a criminal a criminal it would be a different ball game. But no-one has the guts to stand up any more. They are just following the money even/especially if it comes from non-US sources which can never be good for the country!

DeSantis is the only decent candidate this time. He only needs a catchy campain slogan and then he should win easily, he is the only one with good policies, and he is young which means he cares about the future. I am so sick of all the 70+ candidates on both sides.

No one understands what it means and it starts with No. It's really a shame and just shows you need to have lots of money for a good campain these days, it's only about advertisement not who is the actually best candidate. Republicans should stick together and support someone like DeSantis who has actually got something to say, not like Trump and Ramaswamy who are doing it only for their own status. Democrats are going with Biden, which means they are very likely to loose, it would be the best moment to push someone like DeSantis as the main candidate, as even democratic voters would rather vote for someone like him than having Biden fall asleep on air for another few years.
@@KK-rj7ij 1) The Democratic ticket is not Biden, their real ticket is Michelle Obama/ Newson and she will not even is going to have a primary, that it’s why RFK wasn’t even allowed to run as Democrat and they are putting him out the ballot. 2). No Taxation without representation, it is not official from Ron’s campaign, but to me is a perfect slogan for Ron for the following reasons: A) Represent the frustration that the American people feels in general when their elected officials say one thing in campaign and do the opposite, when they get elected, because DeSantis always keeps his promises it is perfect for him, because he is the only politician who can brags about being a biting dog not a barking dog. B). That was the slogan that he Patriots when they were fighting for the independence, because they didn’t want to have a king, they didn’t want a tyrant government, and in a primary where you have a man who is demanding to be treated as king, who doesn’t even want to debate, that slogan reminds us our roots who we are as Americans, the only country in the world which first president could be a king and refused to be one. C) The only way that this country could be united is coming back to our Constitutional principles, that people understand that the foundation and the glue that keeps all together is the Constitution, that slogan gives him the opportunity to educate the American people about our Constitution, why is so important. In the CNN town hall meeting, they asked Ron about his limitations as president. He explained the article 2 of the Constitution, if you read the comments on that video, people in general are so ignorant about Civics that they didn’t realize that Rin answer the question. In Florida he had it the advantage that we know his work, how amazing and brave he is, but the rest of the country doesn’t know, that it is why I think he needs a slogan who brings him the talking points to explain why he is by far the best candidate in the race. Sorry for my long comment, I hope you can read it , before will be deleted.

However, if he's not ahead of Trump, it's only because too many people have been mesmerized by Trump and they are literally in a cult, and can't think for themselves anymore. I've actually never seen anything like this in my life before. So many people literally just repeating the same lines of adoration over and over again for Trump.
