The pull through tape worked well…. But instead of pulling slowly…. I pulled it through like starting a pull chord lawn mower….. it started right up!! Thanks!!!
Nothing worked. I even tried putting 9V from my industrial variable power supply directly onto the motor. The motor moved normally. I guess Dymo just decide it was time I buy a new one.
I just changed my cartridge for a new one. Problem solved. I think there is an expiration date for the tape itself. Except the manufacturer does not tell you.
Batteries seem to be very sensible, they really must be fully loaded. After a while, they still work for the display, but they cannot turn the motor any more. So get new ones does help to get it working again, but also: Use the old ones in other devices, they are not empty and are still good for clocks or remote controls and this kind of low demand devices.
If these is brand new why i need to do all these steps is like buying one from the good will doesn't make any sense this is a piece of sheet little printer I wasted two hours trying to fix it when is new f CK these sheet I'm just wanna return it

Shockingly the batteries and possibly the alcohol wiping helped me. I changed the batteries awhile ago, but must have had a bad battery. =O
