The Quest - Part 1 - Creative storytelling

Let's go on a quest for hidden treasure through the dark, magical forest where we find some interesting looking mushrooms to eat. A few minutes later....we start to feel a little funny and the scenery begins to change. It's as if we have travelled through some mystical portal into another world Where are we? What just happened? Feeling a bit discombublated, we remember...we are on a quest to find hidden treasure. We traverse the lands for days on end, and even under the eery stillness of a full moon and thousands of screeching bats all around us, we continue on our quest. Danger abounds, but we bravely march on until suddenly we find the bounty. Just as we glide our fingers across the cold gold coins, there are loud sounds, like dozens of footfalls rustling through the fallen leaves of the forest floor somewhere behind us. We can hear something gaining speed as it barrels towards us from the dim forest we just left. We hurriedly bury the bounty under a large oak tree at the edge of the tempestuous sea and make our escape on a ship that magically appeared from nowhere. We vow that we will make our way back and pick up our bounty at a later time....until then, we will bravely set forth on a new adventure.
