pls make a video about bunker pre planning, that means before bunkering what documentation i need to make ready, after taking the bunker, what to do with the bunker sample, how to claim/report if oil quality is wrong, or how can i prevent cheating? the bunker guy sometimes blow too much air and try to manipulate the sounding..etc

We can try to take the analyser to fresh air and can calibrate... If still getting error we have to give shore for servicing the analyser.
