Guitar tutorial for Expectations Lauren Jauregui! I have gotten SO MANY requests for Expectations and I am SO happy you guys recommended this song to me :) Expectations is an AWESOME song for beginner guitarists to learn! All you will need to play Expectations on guitar is 3 basic guitar chords (Dm, Am7, and E7; I will have chord charts in the comments), a capo on 7th fret, and three beginner picking patterns! Hi there Ana! Yes, that is why it sounds different! If you do not use the capo, it will not be in the same key as the original song with these chords!
