Here at Ingersoll Rand’s Campus in Vignate Italy we have been manufacturing Engineered to Order Centrifugal Compressors for more than 50 years. World is changing fast and so are we. Our plant has been going through a Value Stream Transformation to increase competitiveness in the market and quality of our processes and products to delight our customer, the factory is now managed in accordance with Lean principles and using the Operational Excellence “Path to Premier Performance” methodology.
