Sonogong, is the korean name for the Chinese mythological hero Sun Wu Kong [aka the monkey king] from the classic chinese tale "Journey top the West". The character Goku from Dragonball, is based on him. He is immensly powerful so 'feeling like sonogong' would be pretty badass. Seventeen are very popular, ad fr good reason, they are fantastic. Woozi wrties and almost all of their songs [he is the one who appears first in the MV]. They also contribute heavily to their choreo, which as you can see is top drawer. Seventeen is a very talented group of artists. They are self produce idols. All of them are good at singing, rap and dancing. They are the most real idols I’ve seen so far and their bond is special. It includes info about the group and their discography, their sub units and each member. They are known for their choreography and synchronization. Their MVs are good but if you want to see the whole performance i suggest to watch the dance practice videos coz their choreos are art itself. They are called Seventeen because there are 3 sub-units in the group The Hiphop Team, Vocal Team, and Performance Team. And of course the 13 of them as ONE so meaning 13+3+1 = 17 that's why they are called Seventeen. SEVENTEEN is also known as " The most synchronized group" when it comes to dancing. I recommend you guys to watch God of music MV and the Killing voice. Thank you again 🫶☺

Last year (2023) "Super" (based on Dragon Ball's Monkey King) won both MAMA's and Golden Disc's Album of the Year. "Super" also broke all K-Pop records (sorry BTS fans!) by selling over 15 million albums the first day/week it was released. Yeah, we Carats are extremely proud of our boys! Someone below said you should watch the practice video for "Super" in order to see the FULL crazy amazing choreo. It'll blow your mind! They're self producing, with Woozi (the shortest member at 5'5" who started off the video as the Monkey King and ended the video as Sonogong) writes and produces all of their music. They have 3 sub units (Hip-Hop, Performance and Vocal), and Hoshi--leader of the Performance team, creates most of their choreo. They've been self producing since before they debuted in 2015 (most have been together in training since 2012). They're also comedians...VERY chaotic and SO FUN to watch on their show "Going Seventeen". If you really want to get to know them, watch the Super Long Guide to Seventeen. Also, watch their Killing Voice, so you can hear snippets from a lot of their hits. I can't say enough about Seventeen. I can say they're awesome, in love with their Carats (as in 17 carat diamond) and with each other as one big family, and the most healing, nurturing, loving, giving, down to earth and FANTASTIC group in K-Pop. Yes, there are a lot of GREAT groups out there (BTS, NCT, TXT, Stray Kids, Enhypen, etc.), but none of them are like Seventeen thanks to Woozi's lyrics. For the record, the building in "Super" is an abandoned hotel; and they had over 250 back-up dancers for this video. AMAZING! Thanks for reacting to them.
