This design looks so good. But Shinto sir, I often see the projects you did at Pukkatupady (near KMEA) and Pallikkara. After a single rainy season the elevation got faded and it looks so tidy with most and mildew 😴
It happens for contemporary houses with exposed walls. But with a 2 days cleaning it will look fresh as new. But think about a kerala style house with roof tiles after a rain. It is a big task to clean .
