We need to be able to do this manually with the PONs PT without a mobile device. Set the end point A-B positions manually, then press a button to start. It would literally take a 10-20 minute process and condense it down to 2 minutes. My clients don’t have time for me to get one shot in half an hour.
just got this and its really no big deal but i guess would be nice if it was either way i don't see it as taking any longer than a minute and your over exagerating with your comment of 10 to 20 minutes there is no way it takes longer than 2 minutes
BEWARE! version 2 of this slider has plastic wheels that crack with NORMAL USE according to zeapon. They offer "free" replacement parts through the company you bought it through for $30 in shipping for up to one year after purchase. If you don't qualify, the replacement parts are not available anywhere otherwise. This is a company that lures you in with great features, but makes their products as cheap as possible, even in subsequent batches! Even if the version they send to youtubers is great, I promise you the production models will use cheaper parts!
No one talks about the cons. 1) If you shoot a video and set the movement speed to less than 10%, a third or a quarter of the way the pan motor will already complete its turn from A to B. The rest of the way, while the linear motion motor is running, the pan motor will freeze and accordingly, the object will not be in the frame, and the video will be corrupted. That is, we set the movement for example 1000 seconds, the linear motor will move for 1000 seconds, but the panning motor will make its turn in 350 seconds. That is, if you want to shoot a video longer than 10 minutes on the slider. You won't succeed. Made a video about it. ruclips.net/video/txqvRfKy820/видео.html 2) Stupid location of the battery release button on the linear motor. It is located below and overlaps with rails. My battery ran out like this, and in order to replace it, I first had to connect external power via type c to the motor, move the slider to its original position, and only then replace the battery. 3) The set comes with a high-quality, but ill-conceived case. Because The linear motion motor should always be removed and placed in another case. And the panning motor generally comes without a case, in an ordinary cardboard box, and why is there such a case at all then? Except for the cons mentioned above (I hope they will fix it with software) Really good slider with a fairly smooth movement (I haven’t tried the macro yet)
Bought this system this week, as of yesterday and today, the app is unable to update the firmware. It just shows a loading spinner for about 30 seconds and goes back to the upgrade screen. This has made the product completely unusable. Could you please advise on how I could update the firmware if the app will not? Right now it's an $1100 paper weight. Thanks
I have the same issue, were you able to find a resolution..Slider and PON PT works individually. but stuck with Firmware update when both are connected,
Why is the slider stopping if more then 2 waypoints are selected and one waypoint is reached. When is this going to be updated for one continuous movement?
I am having a lot of trouble getting both pan heads to connect, the slider motor connects quickly, the two motors sometimes don’t show up, or just one shows up for connection, then I try to add the other, both heads have green dot, but only one shows back up at the top of control screen ?
I Really appreciate the calmness in this video, When companies talk in videos like this it really doesn't speak to me, well done!

Videos with talking are preferrable.

Wow, the Zeapon sliders have come a long way!
Hello. It looks amazing. Ok, it is the M1000 model Thank you!

the outer ring of the retractable pin does not want to stay down ... such a needless hassle that thing is ...
Is this model better than Axis? Your models lineup is very confusing to understand what is better and what are the meaningful differences
What is 590 mm travel distance on my E500
and how to get it?
I got 420 mm on tripod.
Do I miss something?
Thank you.

Have you upgraded the firmware?
@@mossiegalvin8269 yes
@@djrightonbeat I had similar problems until i updated both the firmware but also my phone itself, been pretty close to perfect ever since
Can we also use it upsidedown?
Where can I get replacement feet?
Please contact your seller for details
This tutorial doesn’t cover how you attach a camera to the slider … or to the pons pt. Horribly unclear, and the large pins don’t fit in masonry a7 Iv
peccato che la musica è insoportabile. Per il resto ok, grazie.
