Just how I would want my exhaust to sound for a daily. Nice and quiet with no drone when I'm cruising at low rpm but loud and head turning when I step on it.
@@grampsGaming Listen kid. I dont have time to entetain morons so lets make this brief. A cold start is when a vehicle's engine is started when the outside temperature is much lower than the engine's normal operating temperature. This can happen when a vehicle has been sitting idle for several hours or overnight, allowing the engine to cool down to the ambient temperature. In other words this car was brought in hot and did not sit overnight, which would be a cold start. End of conversation. You learned something new
@@elmatador4759 calling me a kid but can’t spell, nice! I know what a cold start is, you just wasted all that time explaining what I already know. Don’t know how long that car was sitting but it was obviously outside of normal operating temp. They probably worked on 1-3 cars before this one. You can clearly hear the idle start high and even climb higher as it was calibrating the temperature vs idle rpm. If you can’t hear that then you should get your hearing checked
Well done...! The Vibrant 1794s killed that simultaneously guttural and flatulent tone that the twin-turbo German V8s tend to have these days while still letting out a good amount of the fun sounds I would have preferred to hear good performance mufflers over the generic Vibrant grumble, but this came out nicely...! It's a very solid "B+".... 👏😏
In a turbo motor both of those x pipes are just causing unnecessary back pressure for the turbo system. Straight 3 in downpipes. With resonator and straight through bullet mufflers. Is what this turbo system needs.
A proper, mandrel-bent X-pipe wouldn't hurt anything; it would actually accelerate the exhaust gases-improving velocity, but the kind of pre-stamped X-pipes that they installed here don't add any performance and they don't really help the sound the way that they could, either.
@FiveBoroNative I have a convertable M850. I plan to do downpipes, two outlaws, One X Pipe then remove the suitcase and replace with two flowmaster super 10's leading to quad tips.
It’s subjective, i prefer the S63 sound over the N63, especially when both have the exhaust opened up with catless downpipes and whatnot. When both are done right, the S63 sounds more exotic and more like a real motorsport engine. All because of the exhaust/turbo manifold
People think if u make 2k hp long as it’s awd it just goes perfectly straight. Really tells you how many numb nuts rwd guys know about awd. Cars with awd with 600 can spin out.
Being an exhausted shop, and working on a vehicle you know has cat(s) delete. By law, you are not supposed to work on it. Regardless of how it was brought to you.
Double x pipe cleaned it up a lot
I think the vibrant resonators really cleaned it up. The x pipes kept it burbly
I dropped a tear that takeoff was so beautiful 😢🥹😂😂
THAT TURBO NOISE ✈️ 🛩️
Mustang owners take note, this is how you launch your car 😂
It's very easy to launch a AWD car.
It’s awd soo
Hater take note. This is AWD numb nuts lol
Thanks man!
@traekiser213 it's a jab/joke nothing more
The sound is perfect 👌
Agreed.
The third iteration sound so much better than the second. More befitting a classy BMW.

Sounds really great with double x pipe 🔥🔥🔥
Sounds PERFECT. Nice
Slick Bimmer 850i MSport Too Amazing Downpipe X With Vibrant Exhaust System Is Perfect For Car
I'd love to see this M850i smoke an M8. Lol.
Sounds much better than an M8 too!
Definitely can, wouldn’t be surprised if this n63 configuration would push more hp than the one in the m8 comp
Alpina B8, which is a turnt up M850i, is rated for 200mph+ from factory vs M8 comp which will do about 189 with a M drivers pack
@@AYO_KOwhy doesn’t the m get the better top end?

There was no cold start. Lmfao. Kids these days

Sounds great! Traction control was really working on that launch!
Sounds very clean and smooth
Stealth mode! I love it!
Thanks again for the great work!
pretty dope how quiet it gets in comfort
Second way definitely is a win.💯👍
and that’s how a V8 should sound
Nice work! 🤘🏻😎🔨 Sounds okay.
Sounds and looks beautiful!❤
Great comparison
Sounds. Perfect 👍
lmfao he said thumbs up, the guy "😠👍"
All 3 for the win guys
9:15 why did it sound like a vacuum cleaner
I think its turbos sound because we have straight pipes

What is the difference between H pipe and dibble H
Double H means having two H pipes in your system.
I wanna hear a N63 with a H pipe
They have a H pipe stock. At least euro exhaust does. Us should aswell…

Umm my friend, businesses have to cover themselves. Listen to how he says we didn't do that cause it's illegal 😁
They will Swear this thing gets 30+ Mpg.. on Hwy.😆
