I bought a whole apple ecosystem this week. Never had an Apple device before but decided to switch over and commit to it. I am looking forward to getting started. This is a very helpful video for me, thanks!
Same bro, when the new iPhone comes out in September ill be buying literally so many Apple products and commit to their ecosystem to try it out for the next 3-5 years :3!
I’ve been investing into apple products since 2001. PowerBooks, MacBooks, iMacs, minis, mac pros, like 10 appleTVs, watch, several iPhones (since day 1). It’s all so seamless & easy. Since then, I’ve gotten into HomeKit smart home lighting & devices as well… total game changer.
what I like most about this video, is that you didn't assume I knew the "basics" of the Apple system. Very thorough! Thanks for not leaving out the basics!!!!
You hit the nail on the head with the comment on reducing the friction of every day tasks. This is something I've harped on for years that apple just gets.
i recently got the IPad Air and I’ve slowly been drawn to the rest of the Apple products. The way that everything connects so seamless makes me want them all.
Hey Kyle Mate, you're my go-to man now if it comes to such informational videos. Brilliant stuff. Keep doing this in the future as well. You are definitely going to grow more in the days to come. I totally stumbled across your channel while I was looking for something absolutely unrelated. I am glad I did. PS: To fight the YT algorithm you might have to at least upload one video in a week or two. At the Least. you barely have 27 vids in 2.5yrs man. That's probably why you are losing out being shown up higher on search results in the queue or in YT recommendations. Just my one cent. I could be totally wrong about this. Love from India Thejus
Thank for the good video , am heavily work style with windows ( i run big business line in oil company) and thinking to switch to mac os , kinda hesitant , i hope i don't regret 😀
I hadn't looked into sidecar yet, but it might just the thing that pushes me to get an iPad Air! Great breakdown, keep it up! Close to 1000 subscribers!!!
Handoff is amazing , when it works properly that is , in some rare occasions I find myself resetting my icloud account to restore full functionality of it
Hard to say if you're missing something, or if something has changed here. I've been thinking about making an updated video going over everything including Apple Watch. There have been quite a few additions to the ecosystem since I uploaded this video.
I confess that I thought you were Bjorn the Shield from Vikings eheh! The video was amazing because I did not know all the features you have shown. Thank you so much 🙏🙏 I am a fellow RUclipsr with my own channel and I know how important may be to subscribe and it is nice to help fellow RUclipsrs 🙏 So I subscribed to your channel! Continue like that 🙏🙏🙏
No doubt the Apple ecosystem is good, however, with a Samsung Galaxy phone and/or newer tablet and Windows computer, you get exactly all the same features except for the camera features (instead you take the photo or scan first and then you can simply drag and drop it from the Gallery app using the Phone Link screen mirroring). The only app needed to install on all devices is Samsung Flow for AirDrop functionality (better than using the Phone Link app) and instant hotspot. Everything else is already preinstalled (Link to Windows/ Phone Link and Second Screen to use the Galaxy Tab as a 2nd Windows monitor). There's even two way screen mirroring with Phone Link (mirror Android to Windows) and Chrome Remote Desktop (mirror Windows to Android).
Switching to Apple is a huge regret of mine, it always feels like the devices are forcing me to do things their way and have no say in the matter. Older and cheaper devices do much more than Apple anything.

Inside "Phone" option, there is no option given as 'calls on other devices'. What to do now?😟 I've iPhone 12 iOS15.3.
