I’ve got a 2009 GT, owned it for 5years and the car has been SO much fun and VERY reliable. I changed front and rear pads for $275. I buy the factory oil filter for $50 and buy the full synthetic oil for $50, so oil change is super easy and only $100. Been an awesome car!

My 08 GT with 19k miles so far has been flawless! Engine light came on.. gas gap worn out so I bought a OEM for 70.00 and it hasn't come on since. New tires and alignment cost me $1,100. Oil change, OEM filter was 65.00 and labor 100.00. My right side gas, trunk buttons receded into the dash and my Indy Mechanic only charged me 100.00 to fix it! Brakes, belts and other fluids all look brand new!

This feathering you mention sounds to me more like a suspension component failure more than bad alignment (*as alignment will eat your tyres depending on caster or camber but it will be a consistent damage/wear and not feathering). Great video 👍

Do the work yourself! Plenty of DIY videos and save tons! Another issue is, and I will never forget this mechanic telling me this, you don’t know if the dealer is “actually” doing the work. Sometimes they charge you and they don’t do what you think they are doing. Only way is to do it yourself

i agree that for a car buff that can do his own servicing including transmission, and brake jobs the used Maserati, jaguar, bentley's can be obtainable cars for average people however most should not buy these unless its a 3rd car and you can afford a 5000 dollar hit. That's why you see short ownerships on a lot of these cars, they can be real hot potatoes and when the music stops you could be left without a chair big time.

There is something really wrong with the suspension on this car. I have a 2013 GTS and I never have tire issues. Got the alignment at Firestone for 120.00. No tire issues ever. I use Khumo tires and I get over 30K miles on tires. I also bought rotors and pads for under 900,00. I don't know where you are buying parts but you are being hosed. Better get that suspension figured out unless you like buying tires. I change my own oil and filter and I sample my oil and send it to a lab (Blackstone Laboratories) so I always know what is happening with the engine. I did the same sampling for the rear end and the tranny. I do all of my service myself and it is not expensive. It isn't the car that is expensive its the ripoff dealers. Don't ever use them...ever.

When I made this video, the 2 and 4 year services added up to $5k, So essentially one would be getting the first and 3rd for free. Those I were about $1,500 each, so it seems like a good deal. @@corvettedude4423 That's what I'm saying, for an alignment all they do is put up to the machine/computer thing, and all it is, is a laser (at least the one I saw was) and they can align the car according to where the placements are. 90 bucks, maybe close to 100 with tax. Like I dont personally own a Maserati, would fucking love to, but my Charger is the same way I need an alignment done, but its nothing detrimental to get just getting new tires every so often, now with the Mazz, if your daily driving it, fuck who wouldnt!? I'd find something that lasts a little longer than Pirelli's most likely Michelin for me

Awww Really! your car has Serious Alignment issues.. PERIOD. Get it Fixed ! My Q4 has 17k miles on the oem Pzeros and they are still at 60% life.
EBC 'red front pads sell for 125$ on Amazon. At least same or better quality that the oem Brembos. Rotors can Be resurfaced usually multiple times
Clearly this car is Waaaay! beyond your ability to maintain it.
