it's really interesting this debate,I'm portuguese and we had also several wars during the XX Century,in the Ultramar,in our Administrative Provinces in Ultramar,and even in this Century,with the participation in all these Wars by NATO,and we also know it was wrtongly done ,deforming the way of fighting,but is really like that,a war is a war,and can be evitated.
