The cones are basic mini cones. Take up less space, and feels easier to keep natural running pattern when carrying....though any disk/cone would work!

First drills were okay, but on second and third your head is down all the time. 3 meter forward is never considered “head up” in football. It’s actually looking straight up ahead or left right.
Your is still down when u aren’t throwing the ball the whole point is to have your head upmost of the time in the first drill
