Thanks for the tour! My Mom & Grandmother are buried here so I was so happy to see the beautiful sun shining down on her! I live in Washington State & I’m not able to come & visit & bring flowers often 🥲 Just seeing the place brought me joy, Thank you 😊 Soooo many amazing resting spot adornments!!!! 🌹🌹🌹🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you for sharing..How are you doing.. blessings to you and your family.. this has a lot of Beautiful Tumbes.. thank you for all the effort you put in to your videos.
Lots of Irish heritage. Some graves made like in Ireland. Very good job in showing history. Its good that quakes don't crumble stones. Some crumble probably is but surprised there isn't more. Happy trails.
@@CryptDoor yup figured was some. There's heritage from many races i should of said to. Diverse culture ways. I just wanted to include all as we are all human apes. Lol.
Awesome that you’re adding so much information on the different crypts and who is buried there. I didn’t see the earlier video that showed the big family monument/crypts. I bet it was beautiful back then with flowers in the 4 pots adorning the front. Almost makes you wanna buy some just to see what it looked like. 😂
Really enjoyed this walkabout. A lady in Ireland does graveyards and cemeteries, Serenity Sue. Please go and have a peek at some very, very old and unique burials. Deb from Oz.
Some of thosw family stones sut on vaults that are underground and are opened only for internments then covered over again. Sometimes if there is a slab in place and you can see under you will see stairs heading into the ground.
@@CryptDoor There is a video of one where they dig ip the sod and foot of eathe. The remove a conctete slab covering the stairs. They do some repair work, rebrick the door. Put the slab back and bury it.
$9,000,000 in 1909 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $271,295,604.40 today, an increase of $262,295,604.40 over 112 years. Mr. Phelan had quite a responsibility!

if i had a crypt built i would have a door bell put on to mess with people
Haha.
Shame about the glass. Hope you are doing better! Love from Texas!
Beautiful art nouveau door on Lastreto (sp?) Mausoleum
Joe DiMaggio is there too
Phelan is pronounced ..Fay lan. Or Fee lan
My only complaint-no need to read the stones or state the dates as we can read them.
Sorry to say my friend, in the early days. The biggest complaint was that I didn’t read them before… that’s why I always make sure to do that.
In what way is this "EPIC"???
You didn’t see the cemetery? It’s awesome.
