Lease hold should be abolished. It is the same thing here in USA for
Trailer/Mobile/manufactured homes. We also have REDICULESS HOA's. You look at a listing for a home and say "I can afford that" then you look at the lease /lot fee or HOA and realize that not only can you not afford it but you are not allowed to do what you want with the surrounding land because it is not yours
