My God. This scene was so powerful. When Son Ye Jin's face started to quiver and her voice cracking, I felt like I was watching something happen in real life and not two people acting. I couldn't hold back the tears in that moment.
The fact that this is one take view (not zooming each face) was amazing. Geez I'm in love this drama so hard. The colour, the simple love story, the character TOO MUCH PERFECTION ✨

Honestly, they were both in the wrong. Both made decisions on their own that needed to be made together JA kept things from him like hiding the fact that she had already found an apartment. She had her reasons, and they were good ones. She wanted to prove to that she could be independent. Her mother kicked her out basically telling her "you'll come crawling back begging for forgiveness" JA wanted to prove her mother wrong and also show her best friend that she wasn't gonna lean on JN all the time, that she would also pull her own weight. But she should have told JN this instead hiding it. He would have respected her decision and be proud of it too. JN himself was not free of fault either. As his sister and JA have pointed out multiple times. He always bottled up his emotions when faced with difficult situations. He never shared with JA how hurt he was from the treatment he received from her mother. Instead he usually hides or runs away from problems beyond his control. So when JA began facing problems at work concerning sexual harassment from her male colleagues, he chose to run away again, thinking she would join him. He made a decision that affected not only him, but JA as well. Because of this, when JA chose not to go, he had no choice since he already made the transfer in his job In the end, while they both had good intentions, their pride was what ended with their break up and heartache
I agree with everything. I would just like to add though that b4 JH asked for the US job assignment, JA has told him that he was all she needed. Sadly, that was only lip service. Both of them made mistakes but IMO JA was more at fault for saying things that she didn't really mean. Also, her love for him didn't measure up to his love for her.
To be fair, JA did attempt to tell JH about the apartment. She was about to show him the agreement letter during their dinner before he left for China. But JH suddenly pops out about the plan to migrate to US.
i dont agree. may be this is what happened. but this is all for story purpose only. people cannot be so naive. they do communicate. JH shd have told her about his decision to go to US and then with his boss . also JA culd have proved what she wanted to prove by even going to US with him. she does not have crawl back to theirparents home anyway. also in the end she did not achive anything is what happened. even though both chracters act matured but they are not .. this does not add up. it cannot be ind real life.. time to time people have to think clear. but in this drama they kept on showing each of them making wrong decisions..
You can now see the acting prowess of SYJ. She expresses her opinions with such show of emotions and can hear her tone changes and heaving heavily as if in reality. Such true talent that I felt for her sadness and her suffering. So accurate was her expression that it does not look like a scene but real life

What level of acting by son ye jin throughout the series , they both just nailed it. Nothing special in the story . The direction , screenplay and the acting made this series one of a kind.
This drama reminds me somehow of "500 days of summer". Just like how everyone love Tom's character for being a helpless romantic lovesick man in the movie, everyone loved jun hui's character, for wanting to be with jin ah, far away from everyone's judgements. But jun hui's desire to run away is obviously selfish on his part, especially at a time when jin ah is finally coming into her own; owning her actions, be it with friends, family, or at work. She's becoming her best self thanks to jun hui, just wish jun hui has thought of it the way she would've.
this is good...they are both letting their anger out.....its good for their heart.....i hope after this they reconcile (im trying to be positive here...😟)

Omg this scene was so intense! I was ugly crying in this episode! They are both wrong . I felt the tension and heartache in this last 2 episodes! I love them!!

Good thing I decided to just stick to watching clips of them on RUclips. I knew from the first few episodes that this drama would take a turn. Things were way too sweet in the beginning and the ending had to balance that out with frustrating scenes. Oh well.
No it's a bad thing because it was beautiful. They way they showed their relationship was amazing and even the break up was not because they fell out of love but because they love each other so much they couldn't stand the other person getting hurt and it became too much. Also spoiler alert, in the end they end up together. They move to jeju island and live happily and get married too but the married part wasn't shown so maybe not.

The guy did escape the situation but the 3 years gap was unnecessary. Also, the girl too made a lot of mistakes in their relationship. The blind date, not letting the guy know about her appartment, meeting her ex-bf privately inspite of knowing the troubles he creates for them etc etc. . They could have had this confrontation long back. What I hated the most was the girl was dating another guy meanwhile, that too half-heartedly. It would have been better if she remained single. I just wanted another episode of them living together happily ever after!

Honestly, they were both in the wrong. Both made decisions on their own that needed to be made together
JA kept things from him like hiding the fact that she had already found an apartment. She had her reasons, and they were good ones. She wanted to prove to that she could be independent. Her mother kicked her out basically telling her "you'll come crawling back begging for forgiveness" JA wanted to prove her mother wrong and also show her best friend that she wasn't gonna lean on JN all the time, that she would also pull her own weight. But she should have told JN this instead hiding it. He would have respected her decision and be proud of it too.
JN himself was not free of fault either. As his sister and JA have pointed out multiple times. He always bottled up his emotions when faced with difficult situations. He never shared with JA how hurt he was from the treatment he received from her mother. Instead he usually hides or runs away from problems beyond his control. So when JA began facing problems at work concerning sexual harassment from her male colleagues, he chose to run away again, thinking she would join him. He made a decision that affected not only him, but JA as well. Because of this, when JA chose not to go, he had no choice since he already made the transfer in his job
In the end, while they both had good intentions, their pride was what ended with their break up and heartache

I agree with everything. I would just like to add though that b4 JH asked for the US job assignment, JA has told him that he was all she needed. Sadly, that was only lip service. Both of them made mistakes but IMO JA was more at fault for saying things that she didn't really mean. Also, her love for him didn't measure up to his love for her.

To be fair, JA did attempt to tell JH about the apartment. She was about to show him the agreement letter during their dinner before he left for China. But JH suddenly pops out about the plan to migrate to US.
i dont agree. may be this is what happened. but this is all for story purpose only. people cannot be so naive. they do communicate. JH shd have told her about his decision to go to US and then with his boss . also JA culd have proved what she wanted to prove by even going to US with him. she does not have crawl back to theirparents home anyway. also in the end she did not achive anything is what happened. even though both chracters act matured but they are not .. this does not add up. it cannot be ind real life.. time to time people have to think clear. but in this drama they kept on showing each of them making wrong decisions..
One of the best drama. Ever. Most kdramas are over the top, but not this one. This one is a real deal. Just watched it over netflix, im hooked.

You can now see the acting prowess of SYJ. She expresses her opinions with such show of emotions and can hear her tone changes and heaving heavily as if in reality. Such true talent that I felt for her sadness and her suffering. So accurate was her expression that it does not look like a scene but real life
All the eps and scenes looked like real life from her... she is that good of an actress.

This drama reminds me somehow of "500 days of summer". Just like how everyone love Tom's character for being a helpless romantic lovesick man in the movie, everyone loved jun hui's character, for wanting to be with jin ah, far away from everyone's judgements. But jun hui's desire to run away is obviously selfish on his part, especially at a time when jin ah is finally coming into her own; owning her actions, be it with friends, family, or at work. She's becoming her best self thanks to jun hui, just wish jun hui has thought of it the way she would've.
In whole drama, this scene is my favorite one.... It's touch to my personal life somewhere... 😔😔

Good thing I decided to just stick to watching clips of them on RUclips. I knew from the first few episodes that this drama would take a turn. Things were way too sweet in the beginning and the ending had to balance that out with frustrating scenes. Oh well.
No it's a bad thing because it was beautiful. They way they showed their relationship was amazing and even the break up was not because they fell out of love but because they love each other so much they couldn't stand the other person getting hurt and it became too much. Also spoiler alert, in the end they end up together. They move to jeju island and live happily and get married too but the married part wasn't shown so maybe not.

The guy did escape the situation but the 3 years gap was unnecessary. Also, the girl too made a lot of mistakes in their relationship. The blind date, not letting the guy know about her appartment, meeting her ex-bf privately inspite of knowing the troubles he creates for them etc etc. . They could have had this confrontation long back. What I hated the most was the girl was dating another guy meanwhile, that too half-heartedly. It would have been better if she remained single. I just wanted another episode of them living together happily ever after!
And she’s too easy to get involved to another man.But I love this drama.
