Hi. I like your bg insert, is that for tracking how different foods affect your bg? Why do you test three times, for myself I was told to test before eating, and then two hours afterward. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a few years ago and have never really seen anyone on RUclips track their bg levels or anyone else' strategies on managing diabetes or pre-diabetes using their planner.
ChopakaChik I’ve actually been super bad at tracking my bg. I’ve been diet and exercise control (no meds yet) and so I wanted to start seeing how different foods affect my bg. I am going to try testing each food three different times just to see if the number fluctuates at all depending on varying factors (what else I ate that day, time of day, exercise, etc). I am brand new to all this so I’m not in a position to offer any advice, just sharing how I’m going to use this insert 🙂
