Hello, The option should be available - you should have three print queues (overprint, underprint and CMYK). Can you confirm which queue you are using?
Hi Melissa. If the option is not highlighted as clickable, follow this steps: 1.) remove your File/Job from the active queue list. Add this File again and drop it into the active list above. After right click, check the option if it is working now. 2.) Make sure, you are using an actual Bitmap as Printing File for editing. Im not sure about Vector, SVG, EPS and PDF. But actual pictures with Pixel Informations (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP) are working perfectly. 3.) Sometimes, if you are reusing some print jobs, first you have to "OPEN" that queue file with click on button on bottom right side of the screen after selecting the job file. After that, you can see side panel bottom right side for adjusting e.g. width/height of the image. If that is visisble, you defintly should be able to right click and run that plugin. Have Fun!
Thank you so much! I have been going crazy trying to do this.
Thanks for watching, so glad this was able to help you. Be sure to subscribe for more!
What if the plug in is not highlighted? I can't choose it.
