A'ho my Relatives I'm Oglala Lakota and I don't want to fight know one I don't want to cause anything troubleles but I've come to say that Im proud to call the sacred black hills my home and Land that's all I have to say (wopil)❤
i'm not a world traveler or anything, but i've been to Hawaii, i've been to Alaska, i've been to Niagara Falls, Colorado, etc., but the Black Hills are still my favorite destination. nothing like them. my grandma and grandpa lived in Hot Springs when i was growing up, so spent every summer there with them. then after i grew up and got married, hubby and i would make the 500 mile trip to get to the Black Hills almost every weekend and go trout fishing..lol. we were so young and silly back then... but GREAT memories. my favorite place on the planet.
I've been many places in the States and across the world, but I think the Black Hills is my favorite. Not the biggest, or grandest, nor most spectacular, but the most pleasant place in the world. Also, got engaged last year at the top of Harney Peak, so it is a bit special.
I'm from England but have been fascinated with this place since I was a little boy, like since I was 5, still do this day I don't know why. Got to go one day
I wanna come to the Black Hills and pray one day before It's gone I love places in America I never seen the Black Hills yet it looks so beautiful and pretty I wanna cry it's scared to our people back than I wanna see it for myself
Muito lindo a natureza pura e cristalina, o ar sem nenhuma poluicao, uma vista encantadora que somente de perto a gente pode apreciar a grande criacao e a beleza indiscritivel do universo. Louvado seja Deus.
Beautiful area. Lived there in the 70‘s. Been back every year on vacation. Only upsetting thing..in the background, behind CrazyHorse, those brown/dying pine trees were caused by Pine Bark Beetles. They‘re slowly killing the entire area. One tough bug to get rid of......
I was a transplant. I eventually had to return to my home but, South Dakota was in my blood and I MISS it every single day! I came home to die with my family.
Why do you think its called the BLACK Hills? The deep color of the trees and the fact the old growth trees are so close together gives it the black look.
@@firefly-fu3ce it’s not scary, it’s seems like anymore there’s fancy cabins no matter where you go. The only thing you need to be scared of is the funds in your wallet if you go to deadwood.
North Dakota is at the top of my bucket list!
I live in Palm Bay, FL., I've never been to South Dakota. I'd love to go someday.

There was 19 dislikes here. I guess they would rather look at buildings and hear horns. Yuck.
Sure great....move forward or stay in reverse.
Native American Land
not anymore 🤣
Land of the native American’s
Not the European’s
This is Indian land. The federal government broke their own treaty to build Mt. Rushmore. This is so wrong.
I got to tell kole this
Well let's keep it the way it's always been. Never for sale and never owned by the government.
is the forest were the Blair Witch project got its name? creepy
