Eating My Way Through the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show!!

Eating my way through the Rio Grande Valley Livestock show with some friends. Went pretty much the entire day without eating so I could enjoy all this food and not feel guilty about it.
What's your favorite kind of fair/deep fried food to have at these type of events?
