Why is it good to do a tornado kick in sparring? Is it because it is a very fast kick to land if you are good at it? I am from the Pacific Northwest area.
One of many reasons are, in sparring the "spin" creates massive power in the kick and also in the sport reason, it will be worth 4 points to the body and 5 points to the head.
