The 1025 x 1025 is counting vertices in the 3d model it will create, it would be 1024 x 1024 if you were just counting the faces of the 3d model it creates

Hi leider kann ich dein Tutorial nicht machen da es Microdem seit dem 15.10.2023 nicht mehr gibt. Gibt es den eine andere Möglichkeit es zu machen oder geht es dann nur noch mit dem Blender
Du hast es versucht, du hast dich nicht geweigert, das ist positiv zu vermerken. Man merkt dir beim Sprechen die Unsicherheit an. Du betonst nicht und redest mit sehr langen Pausen. Dadurch wirkt es langweilig und die Konzentration sinkt und man versteht dich nichtmehr richtig. Aufgrund den straken negativen Punkten reicht es heute nur für ein mangelhaft. Spaß bei Seite😅, ich konnte es verstehen und habe es mir zu teilen angeschaut, obwohl ich es nichtmehr brauche😊 Kam aber plötzlich das hier mal wieder nen Video kommt, das letzte ist ja 6 Monate alt und auf dem DC rührt sich auch nichtmehr viel, freut mich!! Könntest du vllt mal Videos über Blender machen? (Natürlich nur, wenn du dort selbst Ahnung hast) auf deutsch oder Englisch ist mir egal, ich verstehe beides😅

Nach ein paar Aufnahmen wird sich da bestimmt eine Routine einstellen :) . Wenn ich weiterhin die Zeit dafür habe, diese Aufnahmen zu machen, dann mache ich das natürlich. Nur da ist der Punkt.. Zeit... Ich mache es eben so, wie es passt. Und da das hier alles kostenfreie VoD's sind dürfte das für jeden passen XD. RM - Team

Good tutorial, the only problem I have is that "Sign" folder ,the link u have is not leading to anything right now.

Wouldn't a gaussian blur on the heightmap help remove the initial stairstepping?

When i open the i3d file it doesnt show nothing when i open. I had to click on the terrain tab to see my terrain but then it is in a mesh form??

and copy the link and download it.
