This actually was from super smash bros melee, not brawl (wii one). It's based of off the town onett from mother 2/earthbound, which ness is the main protagonist

God, these bullets are beyond awful. Whoever made this game mode, please fix those!
they probably made them slow on purpose otherwise they'd be OP
+Isaac Haber I doubt they'd be op, given the fact that the hunted have live bars to drain first and even then can be unfrozen by another player.
Just make the bullets go normal speed and give the hunted higher lifebars. Done.
but at least there's a gun in the first place. it's meant to be just freeze tag
+Isaac Haber if it's tag, then why need a gun in the first place? Especially when you can outrun your own bullets. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of adding a gun.
well you can cut of some escapes because every bullet slows them so spamming them should give them a great advantage

I played a game like this in Elementary. I forgot what it was called, but it was like freezetag dodgeball. If you got hit by a ball, you had to sit down. One person on your team could secretly (you knew the person, but the other team didn't) tap your thumb and let you in the game again. But if that person got out, no one could get back in.

This reminds me of stuck in the mud, The chasers have to tag the runners if they are caught they have to stay still but any other runners can free them but crawling in between their legs. This was back in Primary school long ago.
