- Decorated pots have received a new feature in 1.20.3, unexpectedly unlocking significant potential across various PvP game modes.
Useful info to effectively utilize this strategy:
1. You have pick-up priority if you log onto the server before your opponent.
2. Ensure you always have at least one empty slot in your inventory.
3. The item inside the pot is picked up nearly instantaneously, so it can't be burnt in time.
4. Successfully executing this strategy is challenging as it requires a lot of precise predictions (or just spam it and hope for the best), but remember, all it takes is one successful item steal to change the outcome of the game.
All the footage featured in the video isn't from real games, it's meant as a showcase for "Pot PvP" at its finest.
Whilst this strategy was my own discovery, this was actually initially discovered a long time ago by @meowphedronejust never released to the public, but since this is a feature in an official version of the game, the timing is perfect for its reveal.

Now that the double keyboard 20 CPS right-click "auto-clicker" method is becoming popular, this strategy is even more effective in Crystal PvP. This is because most players using the double keyboard method hold down right-click at all times.

Lmao that's hilarious, I could honestly see this as a pretty funny form of annoying people in pvp (though you'd have to be pretty good at anticipating your opponent for it to actually work viably, and also have pickup priority)

Why would people right click the pot. Im so confused. But thats a crazy strat.
You trick them into right-clicking the pot by accident by placing the pot in front of them right before they initiate a right-click action such as shielding or gapping.

Depends on whether you can aim and hotkey whilst drag-clicking, if not it's still useful for spamming blocks defensively

When a player right clicks a pot with an item, the item would get placed inside the pot and the player gets disarmed unless they have backup weapons.

More of an extension to already existing gamemodes, although it most likely won't be available in official tier list game modes besides crystal as crystal allows pretty much any item.
