Shamanic Journey: Michael Harner - 30 Minutes Solo Drumming (Shamanic Drum)

This is a 30 minutes solo drumming using Shamanic Drum for a Deep Shamanic Journey.
You can use this audio as instructed in Michael Harner's Book, The Way of the Shaman, or by your own in the way you want. There are no rules.
To have a great experience:
1. Use Headphones,
2. Turn off the Lights,
3. Lie Down in a quiet place and Cover your Eyes (or just close your eyes),
4. The Drumming will get faster at the end for 1 minute to tell you that your Journey is finishing,
5. Your Journey finishes when you hear the last Drum Hit. And then you can slowly open your eyes.
The Shamanic Drum was constructed and recorded by me.

Loved the drumming, I'm trying to get back into journeying. Explored it briefly years ago but didn't stick with it. For me, aligning to the drum rhythm feels like immersing yourself in an ocean, building a bridge to spirit. I feel like shamanic journey and lucid dreaming are powerful partners, the drums lead you into that borderline state between awake and dream, where you can let your imagination expand and direct it in ways that let spirit guides reach through the veil and dance with you! I did many different psychedelics. But my first experience with drumming was so intense, and it scared me so much that I had to force myself out. Afterwards, I cried in desperation, and my cat then sat on my lap seeing how sad I felt to soothe me. This is what I was listening to on my mp3 player that night.
