Have you used it without the cleaning solution? I’ve read it does something to the water that makes it where you can clean without the solution.
i haven't tried without the solution... to be totally honest we didn't keep it very long. it was given away when i was sent a robo vac to review that mopped for me LOL!!! it was the narwal freo and i was OBSESSED with it!!! but that one was given to my parents when we finally caved and hired professional cleaners to come ever 2 weeks ;) natural progression i suppose...

honestly i dont know, it's amazing for sure! is it the best? i'd have to have tried 5+ and read/watched hours of reviews to really give you a better answer there I'm sorry I've only tried the 2 Tinecos and a Black + Decker as far as traditional push vacuum mops go and yes, of the 3, this is the best

You have grout lines just like my kitchen does. Food or debris that’s on the grout lines I wonder if it’ll clean pretty good. Or maybe it depends on if the grout lines are sealed I guess.
It gets them just fine, maybe not caked in kinda stains and gunk but daily spills and cleaning no problem

Is it light or heavy? Do feel it’s hard to move or it has a smooth controlling?
weight is similar to a standard vacuum cleaner (it's not a stick) but it's basically self-propelled so you just kinda hold it upright and it moves LOL very easy!
Some reviews say that even after cleaning this machine and the dirty water bin that they still smell a bad smell . Did you experience this too ?
no i haven't but maybe they're not cleaning and drying it properly?
I just bought it and I preferred taking out the roll and clean it by hands with hand soap and dry with a hair drier. because there was dog pee on the floor . It’s ver satisfying better than mopping yourself the floor (I have back problems and fibromyalgia) 😅😅
I have two questions . The first is regarding the solution you are supposed to use . Is the solution strong enough to really clean stickiness ? Will it shine glossy tiles ? My biggest concern is the lithium ion battery. Now , there is no way to replace the battery . Those bastards. Lol . What do you do when the battery degrades with every charge? Does that concern you ? When you do a auto cleaning , do you have to put more water and solution in ? How would you know if you had to ? Thanks .
maybe some others will chime in but i'll do my best... the solution is for cleaning, it's not oil or anything to add gloss or shine. you may have to go over something super gross a few times but it should come up.
regarding the battery, no, i've never thought about it, batteries generally have a long lifetime obviously this is a new product so i can't attest to the battery lasting 5-10+ years but i hope it does!
it's very smart and will alert you if it doesn't have enough water for auto cleaning, and when any issues come up such as a clog, low battery, etc.
I bought one s7 Pro from Tineco (not from Amazon) but the box is totally different from yours. Plain brown box and not like yours at all. Should I be concerned?
plain brown box!?? yes, i'd be concerned. seems like it is either used or "open box" situation, either could potentially be fine but not if they're selling it as brand new, that's fraud. unless maybe their boxing has changed? this was a year ago, i bought one tineco from amazon and this one was sent to me from tineco, both had similar boxes.
Thank you very much for your reply. I read one of the reviews on Amazon and they sent twice S7 in brown box. She ended up ordering from Tineco and got the S7 Pro finally (with the preprinted box)! That is why I ordered it from Tineco instead of from Amazon and I got the 7S not 7S pro. Very disappointed with Tineco!!! I sent an email to Tineco since they are not working at weekend! Really appreciate 🥰 your reply to confirm my suspicions!

@@chenschneider5241I saw the same Amazon review you’re referring to and emailed Tineco since the screen on this unit is different from the screen on the s7 pro on their website. They confirmed to me that they upgraded from the LCD screens to a simplified LED screen, along with other upgrades you mentioned. The S7 Pro in this video is not the updated S7 Pro so if purchased now you won’t receive the graphic white box in this video anymore and will instead receive the updated model in the brown box. I just think the Amazon reviewer was misinformed and Tineco was just selling out their stock of the LCD models while Amazon already had the updated LED models in stock.
I have the S5 stream. I'll get the S7 Pro when there is a sale or I get enough Amazon rewards to get one free.
I would %100 love too especially when you don't have to spend $799 and get it free !
🤣 touché! this is my job however, so even when something is sent for free, it's not actually free because i put in HOURS of my time to review, film and edit the video. and i don't love everything. if i find a problem, i say it (or I circle back to seller to discuss or simply say sorry, i can't put my name behind this product). i try to make purchases easier for you guys, so you can see it in action before making a decision. that's how i make my own purchases, too!

No… maybe your floor was super dirty? I’m not really sure, maybe try reaching out to tineco for customer support

not well... it's really best to take it out and let it air dry for a faster fuller dry
I have a few more questions. There is a reviewer out there that claims that this new unit has a major flaw in its back wheels self propel feature exclusively on this model. He claims that even when you stop moving , the back wheels still move making it difficult on surfaces . What are your thoughts regarding that ? How often do you have to change the roller before it loses its shape and ability to effectively clean? Let’s say that you had to choose between this new model and 5 Pro 2 series , which would you choose? Is this new model worth the extra $200 ? Thanks. You are so sweet and awesome in your reviews.
full honesty? i didn't keep this long, we were sent 2 robovacs and one is a maniac amazing mopper with super easy cleanup (no filtering out gunk from the dirty water), so now i leave the mopping AND vacuuming to a robot ;) i had bought and reviewed the Tineco iFloor 3 before they sent me the One S7 Pro and if you are tight on money, get the cheaper one, on a sale, and call it a day :) you can look at minor differences but in general they're both great vacuum mops but also have their own issues. for me, not being able to vacuum carpet was a problem :/

for upstairs carpet area, we love this Eufy, it does mop but we don't use that feature (it's not the spinny kind like the Narwal) ruclips.net/video/2W4XDB7teww/видео.html - this saves multiple floor maps so you can get 1 and use in the whole house

Thank you for making the video! I have a few questions. What is the height of the unit that sits on the floor? So that I know if it can reach under my kitchen cabinets. Can it really clean thick and thin dried up stains and foods that sometimes get stuck on the floor? Can it be used without a filter on the dirty water tank in order to avoid having to clean the filter too?
The head is about 3" high but it warns you not to tilt the vacuum more than a certain degree or else the water in the tanks can spill out... so it's really not meant to kinda lay down and go deep under low things like a bed for example. Does that make sense? A regular vacuum or robot is better in that regard. As far as mopping, yes it does an amazing job, i have had some super dried on gunk it didn't pick up, that needed some more elbow grease LOL but it's pretty rare. As far as using without a filter, I think it would operate? I'm not sure, that's probably a question better suited for the brand :)

I hve the s3 n was quite happy with it until it died on me less than 1 year It refused to charge . The reseller just refunded me since it has a 2yr warranty If u read tineco users grp, many are complaining about the charging base I wonder if tineco has fixed this already w this model

Please do a review of the s5 steam mop, there are hardly any reviews for it, the S7 cordless steam mop is also coming out this year.
i have the ifloor 3 (did a review on that one on this channel) and honestly they perform similarly (amazingly), this one is just much smarter with the controls and all that ;) you probably can't go wrong with any of them, just depends on how many bells and whistles you need, and what your budget is. my biggest wish is there is an attachment or a way to do carpets. right now i have tineco for touch ups and upstairs bathroom / wood, narwal freo robot for our downstairs weekly vacuum/mop, and a stick for upstairs and basement carpet/vacuum. TOO MANY DEVICESSSssssss LMAO
@@ourfavoritethingsreviewed Yeah we just got this tineco s5 and its amazing, I have the bissell crosswave corded version, but i hate having to push the button adding solution/water to the roller as you are going. We did get a roborock s7 maxv ultra but never took it out of the box, returned it since they just announced the s8 ultra that come out in May. I just ordered the new Roborock Dyad pro, its little cheaper than the s5, has bigger water tank, does edge to edge, dual rollers, etc, we will see how well it works. Plus there is a $350 off coupon for the s8 ultra robot if you buy the dyad pro, well if you were the first 100 today, so hopefully i get it.
I have the steam mop and love it. Took it to my aunts house. The steam get hot enough to loosen up the gum that was on her floor. It didn't pickup the gum but I was easily able to get it up with a butter knife. I only want the S7 Pro now because of the edge to edge and cordless. Still I don't think it will clear better than the steam version.
