i really loved the idea but it was a bit too hard assembling every peace and I didn't have that tape honestly a 4.5/5 cause it as frustrating to make and I was kinda disappointed of my work cause the glue was getting all over the place I liked it but I wish I had the perfect one i couldn't make a heart in front other than that i loved your idea.
I would want to make that wand for my Princess Peach costume on Halloween and called my magical girl anime "魔法のプリンセスピーチ" (Mahou no Purinsesu Pīchi) aka (Magical Princess Peach) in Japanese

Yeah if you don't have a double side tape
If you dont have tape you can use glue, its what i did and it works just as good if not better

U can use normal tape also!! I tried it with normal cello tape and if can out neat
Maybe glue? It might not be as good but it will keep together the pieces of paper. Btw I love your pfp mind if I copy it? XD It's fine if not
