They gave us so much fire skills this time around for the Combat Manuals it's INSANE like they're either recent skills or just stupid good. Like they even gave us arcane heroes like huhhhh!?!?!? Also I'm hoping for Dagr and Seiros to get good refines because they are just dead weights when it's their bonus seasons

It feel almost unreal how good this years divine codes are, there is so much good fodder!
I don't know if I'm happier for the text being shorter or the manuals
I hate how units with the same B slot skill cant get the upgraded version like duo dagr wont be allowed to get the updated b skill even tho its the same thing and they did the same thing to Rearmed Lif not getting his B slot skill updated.
This update is so lit it would almost been worth a FEH stream tbh.
I've went for Peony on both my accounts since I already have Edelgard, I hope she'll at least win the first round

And yeah, that's the must recent Juno, she has Guard Bearing 4 and Atk/Def Oath 4.
Tina has Atk/Spd Ideal 4, Holy Pressure, Nudge +, Wrathful Tempo and Infantry Pulse 4.
Arthur has Atk/Spd Ideal 4, Gronnvulture 4 and Res/Spd Menace.
Seidr: Flash Sparrow, Lull Spd/Res 4 and Inf. Null Follow 4.
Sigurd: Remote Sturdy and Seal Res 4.
And Fallen Maria also has Holy Panic.
Catria also has Harsh Command +, Atk/Spd Catch 3 and S/D Far Trace 3.
When I opened up the update page and saw the books for these new books, I actually said out loud, "Holy shit!" Time to start collecting every code they give out because we got some amazing fodder here, like Jesus Christ.

These manual lines are pretty insane. No quarter, both ranged armored specials, GLR, flare, on top of all good A/B/C skills they showed here. And the arcane weapons at the end is the cherry on top
And we thought last year's codes were good, these are INSANE
Yeah, I think overall 3 houses/engage, Awakening/Fates, and GBA are objectively the best manual lines, but obviously your mileage may vary depending on what you want. I am absolutely floored Winter Dimitri is on there, that’s so good, especially for the FTP crowd that may not have been able to afford to splurge on the winter banner.
With how good these manuals are I feel like they're not gonna update them for a lot of years then. 😭😭
I really hope they give us a free 2k-3k codes like they did for gen 4 version on anniversary
If I recall it's both 1/2 year and full year anniversary that we get a mid/giant boost in gifted manuals. With feh pass and content can do all 6 lines I think in the year. 🎉

As strong as the Divine Codes are, 1 year from now with the powercreep, when you get that boost in codes, they will just feel ok, and the arcane units have more value if you already have them, in the case you don't which tbf they are rare units, they don't have as much value. Next year's codes will include Emblem Ring units, so imagine how busted the meta would be by then.
My +10 Seiros has been waiting for this moment for a long time now. Now just waiting on Ashera to get her remix

I’m eating so good lately, my base Rhea is getting dragon roar, i plan on passing around Soaring Guidence plus plenty other divine codes skills and the final merge on my Tina
Dagr's remix looks solid. I was hoping against hope that they'd randomly give her WoM in tha B skill somewhere so I actually use it, though 😅
Fireflood boost was in Gugungagap. I think it's nabata Juno. I'm going for heroes, three houses and Genealogy. First it's the heroes path for me because I want Gugungagap for dancer Xander and BK merge. Can't wait for Annette refine.
Juno is the recent one in the Nabata banner.
Also, Ginunggagap's A-slot is Fireflood Boost.

Personally, I'm excited for Three Houses, GBA, Awakening, and Heroes path, and also the Sonia one because I've given her so many skills that I've inherited to other units (Lyons), and another copy will help me update another unit. Pretty happy with what we got there.
God dayum I did not see that coming ! The new divine codes are freaking amazing !! Almost free Arcane units like Whaaa- 🤩Truly great and thank god they made the game more readable, it was getting out of hand with all the skills present in a weapon nowadays😐
I thought they might do this from the very beginning they announced hero types which you won't lose even if you fodder them. It's nice when their business decisions line up with making players happy as can be seen with the last manuals of each path being Arcane heroes. Sure you now want to pull each one you don't already own to maximize their value, but regardless it's a good deal. Also some good updates, refines and limited manuals - still hoping they can keep this up so I don't have to be sour about the state of the game at the end of this year for the 3rd, maybe 4th time in a row. :D

I never realize why everyone says "the green dream" back then and now.
Last time that happened, the banner barely gave me a green orb in like 200 orbs. If FEH had evenly divided Color segmentation for its orbs each pull, that would be something but its absolute RNG which color to get orb wise and its just absolutely annoying. I rather take one of each color then all of one.
You must had really bad luck, also the value on a banner with four heroes on the same color grows more the more you spend on the banner, with only 200 orbs you don't get quite as much. Still, it's way better value than a regular banner will ever have.
And to be clear if you see no green orb in a circle you shouldn't be mad, all that means is that you weren't getting a 5* in that circle anyway so you could just pick a random orb and go to the next circle instead of wasting 20 orbs for the illusion of getting something and still get nothing.
The point is like; if no focus unit in circle and pulling all colors you waste orbs pulling all colors. If "green dream" it costs more orbs/spark overall but it clears away the former I mentioned because if there's no green stone then you pick one and leave. With focus charges you can deliberately take a red or blue or colorless and save that focus charge UNTIL it's green/focus.
I’m not sure the combat Manual 5 will refresh you ability for ascended/arcane hero’s as they are not the full hero just a manual and I’m not sure that that will then refresh the ability to take skills off the unit or to use as a source of fodder without losing the manual. I don’t know if anyone has ever tested that
If you merge it to the unit in your barracks, yes, it refreshes the arcane inheritance.
If it does, thats bonkers, as some of these Heroes I actually have invested.
@@ludgerkres.1437 yeah, it does, I've done it myself when Ophelia was first introduced and I went in as if there was no tomorrow on that banner and just manualed the extra copies until I wanted the fodder again, that's why these codes are crazy good.

also the blur out descriptions feature would be great, if not for every new weapon these days not being key words and instead overly complicated mechanics that take 5 sentences to basically explain omni +10

Last years manuals were praised too until people remembered it takes months to get good stuff, and by that time the skill creep made 95% of the skills junk. I see no reason to get excited about this either.
