Congratulations on planning this walk. It is one of the best long distance walks I have ever done with a wonderful mix of beautiful country-side, long views, and lovely villages. I especially enjoyed the Lot river with Conques being a highlight. If I could give you some advice, train for it before you go because the walk has many hills. I took 2 walking poles (Nordic walking) which allow you to walk with your chin up (to enjoy your surroundings) and help you protect your knees on the downward slopes. Good luck!
Here is a little post script: if you look at my video on Day 23-27 of my more recent Paris to Bordeaux Walk, I explain the ‘epiphany’ moments that come to all long distance walkers at some point in their journey, especially guys of a ‘certain age’ !
Your videos are beautiful thanks for posting them. I will be walking this route soon. Both excited and nervous!

So beautiful! Thank you for posting. May I ask what time of year was this?
I am glad you liked the videos. I was walking from mid March to the beginning of May. You will notice how the countryside slowly greens.
