    Great informative video! I’m going in October. Will it be a problem if I want to book Machu Picchu day trek in the city without speaking Spanish? I’m also going to try and do a Salkantay 2 day hike and day tour at Palccoyo so I hope there’s availability booking in the city 😅

    • @kimtravel009
      @kimtravel009  2 года назад +3

      There are plenty of tours in Cusco. Like Salkantay, you can just book the day before. It can be worrisome to not book those tours ahead of time. But trust me, you SAVE so much by just booking it there. It can cost 50% less. Also, people working at the tour companies, they speak really well English. So don’t worry. Just have fun 😊

    Hello, Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We are heading to Quito, Amazon in Ecuador & Lima, Cuzco, Machu Picchu in 1st week of May. Do you happen to know what the weather would be like in these areas? This is our first time there & we are not familiar with the weather conditions. Thanks a lot in advance

    Hi Kim;
    thank you for the video. It is very inspiring and stimulating.
    Can you please share links or trusted companies for tours (also include cost details) like rainbow mountain tour or nasca flight

    • @kimtravel009
      @kimtravel009  Год назад

      Nasca flight and Rainbow Mountain were booked through Peru Hop. When you book the bus pass with Peru Hop, there are so many tour options that are offered through the company. On the bus, there will be a guide who can help you set up the tours in each location.

    Hi, first of all thanks a lot for the video! I am planning to go solo to peru in september. i am also thinking of going with peru hop. But how did you find the travelling hours? I saw that they tend to travel in the morning and if you then travel 7,8 hours from morning, you kinda end up losing lots time. How did you also find the night bus? Was it from peru hop as well?

    • @kimtravel009
      @kimtravel009  Год назад

      Hi there, so basically you need to go with there suggested stops. Ex: from Lima to Huacachina is about 5-6 hrs but then you get to stop by a national park area to explore. And they pick you up super early from Lima. And yes, there’s an over night bus to Arequipa and to Cusco.

    • @kimtravel009
      @kimtravel009  Год назад

      And yes, it was with Peru Hop also.

    • @kimtravel009
      @kimtravel009  2 года назад

      Sometimes there’s hotel that will let you check in super early. That happened to me in Arequipa. I advised you to reach out to the hotel ahead of time just to make sure. You can also check with the bus company to see which hotel will let you check in. Best of luck

    1 . Could I book the peru hop online from my home city and would it cheaper if I book when I get to peru ??

    • @kimtravel009

      It’s the same. You can just book it online. If you want cheaper options, you would have to book with other local companies. But I did go with Peru Hop and they were pretty good. Have fun and enjoy the trip!
