How to apply Discharge Permit Online
Steps:
1. Open your internet browser.
2. Go to opms.emb.gov.ph
3. Click continue.
4. If you have not registered yet, click Register.
5. Fill up all the required information and submit.
6. Once submitted, check your email and click on the activation link.
7. Once account is activated, you will now be able to login to the system.
8. Go back to opms.emb.gov.ph.
9. Login using the email and password you have registered.
10. On your dashboard, scroll down to Discharge Permit found at the bottom left of the sidebar menu and proceed with the application.

wala namang option sa opms . Wala yung discharge permit nakakaloka kanina pa ako dito
