Great Bay, Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey

Just a beautiful fall day in the back bays of Long Beach Island, Little Egg Harbor and Great Bay. Flying the drones for enjoyment. You will need a nice cocktail to watch this video. Probably can't appreciate it unless your from NJ.

Thank you for posting. Grew up fishing from Great Bay Marina (We used to call it Nunsies), seven bridges road and Barnegat Light in the 60's and 70's. Bought my own boat in 2000 and have fished Great Bay and the ocean going out of Little Egg Inlet. Nothing like being on the water...

Recently bought a house on mystic island and just started boating these waters. This video is great to know the history of the area.
Grew up in north jersey and have been going to the jersey shore my whole life. Im glad I have a place of my own the wife and I can get away to on the weekends.

The earlier videos up to the coast guard station were shot with the Inspire. Some of the later footage of the coast guard station and after with the Mavic.

Can you still drive on that peninsula? I don’t see any tracks on GoogleMaps.

When this was filmed you could not drive on the southern end of LBI. I don't know about now.

@@bend7777 Yeah...I clearly saw those vehicles too (1:58). I was wondering the same thing. I'm thinking of driving down there to find out!
