Mr Archibald has shown many callous cold blooded behavior in his statements and questions. I’ve been shocked by his statements & disregard for victims’ feelings. So imo he gets no pass at all.

Its a tactical game. This case is going straight to the appeal court. Prosecution made quite few errors, a number of witnesses they subpoenaed defence refused to cross examine because they objected their testimony to begin. They strategy is to show Lori before and after Chad, similarly in the witness’s system of beliefs to Lori’s, the extent they went along with Lori and along those lines. Defence got the death penalty off the table so I’m not sure if they are that bed. Also, let’s don’t forget that according to your law everyone is entitled to a legal representative. Within that you have 6th January situation or Saudi Arabia style of public execution. As long as I don’t live in such a country I’m not bothered how ya’ll go about things but since the states insist on being the best in the world, lend of the free, home of the brave…..I’m just saying.
Summer lost her niece, her nephew, her brother-in-law, has murderers for a brother and a sister. I was cheering her on during that phone call, literally out loud. I was like “get her Summer! Yes! Yes and yes! Let it out! Tell her!” Very emotionally riveting.
She also lost her brother. Remember his wife testified that Alex went to Mexico to buy some drugs. He also told her that he felt like he was going to be their scapegoat!
Ya the call was very sad, but I don't feel sorry for her. She joked with Lori about her lover being a better hit man and should use him to take out Brandon. She didn't take Tylee in when she was left alone for weeks at a Alex's, feeling like she needed a bat to protect herself, she didn't push to find the kids, yet making excuses for Lori, she helped run interference for Lori with Adam, she left Tylee and JJ out of Alex's memorial video.... there's so much more.

He demonstrates NO appreciation for the massive number of different Law Enforcement personnel, resources, and man hours put into this investigation to find Tylee and JJ. This investigation and trial is costing the State of Idaho (aka: tax payers) a tremendous amount of money... the very least he could do is conduct himself with a modicum of respectful professionalism! In particular, his behavior throughout the trial has certainly not helped to win over the hearts or minds of jurors. A side note: He's also the defense attorney who frequently sounds like he's napping during the day because he yawns loudly and has an almost "apnea" type sound when he breaths which the court microphone picks up on.
It's mostly how defense act when witnesses aren't good for them i.e. all of them here. Poot did the same in Murdaugh, asked a female special agent "What's so special about you", never asked the men that.

Additionally, any time a person is facing the DP, they are assigned an advocate (can’t remember the legal term) and that advocate wouldn’t have had time to properly examine that evidence either. As a result, the Judge had no choice to remove the DP in order to protect her constitutional right to a speedy trial.

The prosecution has laid out its case with a mountain of evidence in excruciating detail. That's just in Idaho. Lori will almost certainly die in prison, and she should consider herself fortunate that she will die of natural causes unless Arizona gives her the death penalty.

Remember Summer sent a photo and message to Lori saying that her boyfriend Edgar wouldn't have missed referring to the attempt to kill Brandon. I find it disgusting how she said to both Summer & Melanie Gibbs "You know me Mel/Summer, you know me" again showing her manipulative behaviors & repetition to herself to keep leaning away from the horrific deeds that were done....
It’s amazing too, how she uses “I love you” so easily to people, and how needy they are for it, no matter how perfunctory - or how jarringly cold - her delivery of it is.

He demonstrates NO appreciation for the massive number of different Law Enforcement personnel, resources, and man hours put into this investigation to find Tylee and JJ. This investigation and trial is costing the State of Idaho (aka: tax payers) a tremendous amount of money... the very least he could do is conduct himself with a modicum of respectful professionalism! In particular, his behavior throughout the trial has certainly not helped to win over the hearts or minds of jurors. A side note: He's also the defense attorney who frequently sounds like he's napping during the day because he yawns loudly and has an almost "apnea" type sound when he breaths which the court microphone picks up on.
It's mostly how defense act when witnesses aren't good for them i.e. all of them here. Poot did the same in Murdaugh, asked a female special agent "What's so special about you", never asked the men that.

@@JustRhonda Because at the last minute the Prosecution brought new DNA evidence to the table and since Lori did not waive her right to a speedy trial, her defense team wouldn’t have had time to properly investigate and examine that evidence in time for trial. Additionally, any time a person is facing the DP, they are assigned an advocate (can’t remember the legal term) and that advocate wouldn’t have had time to properly examine that evidence either. As a result, the Judge had no choice to remove the DP in order to protect her constitutional right to a speedy trial.

Lori has the right to look for sympathy for what she did by raising them for a short period of their lives, those were the choices that she made herself, Tylee and JJ didn't ask for her to be their mother, she wanted them. Again, the children are innocent, Lori was not a good mother at all, her soul can not be saved now no matter what she may think or do, God will not forgive her the sins of murder she created. I count 6 lives that were taken because of her actions and choices, and for Chad, I count 4 lives were taken because of his actions and choices.
